got in finally
sorted in 304

disappointed with the online selection... it seems the early birds get a guarantee of a ticket, but have to sacrifice on the quality

bet the eseason allocation tommorow will be all annie road lower, then the general sale will be the better unsold seats

for someone like me who is looking for a single, i think it might be better to stick to the posties for the general sale, to get a better quality seat

so the upshot is i had increased blood pressure, denied myself a top notch morning fecal movement, and the club got a firmly worded email at 08:40, for no good reason

welcome back everyone

what you fucking moaning at ? You got 304 didn't you......

Hoping that the horror will recede,
Hoping that tomorrow we'll all be freed.........JUSTICE.

Anyone know how long it will say PEND for next to your tickets in the purchase history page?

No worse than the old PTS. Had half an hour of frustration refreshing and redialing and then got in online and got four in the Kop, block 304. Good luck to all of you who aren't sorted yet.

it was different for the pre-season games, as the corner sections weren't available, just the middle sections.

wonder if its going to be just the corners available online this season?

Just till they've printed the tickets usuallly.

I just noticed my membership suddenly says PEND next to it too, which only appeared this morning.  ???

Btw, just checked and there seems to be tickets in all stands still left so keep trying everyone, looks like all the old PTS corner blocks - Kop has 202, 208, 304 and 305 still showing.

I know some people are going to hate me for saying it but . . . this is great.

We've got 5 memberships so need to split it 3 + 2 (max 4 at a time). Got 3 online in 202, then went back in and got another 2 in 202 two rows behind. Little bit of aggro with lost pages but keep calm, refresh, and it's okay.

So why great?

Cos last season we got to virtually every game just as Fancard holders. Which meant major effort for every match. That is on-line, phones, postal etc. etc.

I symathise with old PTS holders, but just make a small effort and you'll be fine.

If you're at the back of the Kop you've got one of the best seats IMO. Would hate to be sat in some spec near the pitch in the Annie Road lower in absolute fucking silence.

only took about 80 mins to get a ticket... no confirmation page, and no confirmation email, but ticket shows up as pend in purchase status - hope thats a good thing.

theres talk about 'improvements' they've been making to the system, anyone noticed them?

any other business, i'd fuck them right off.

edit: oh, finally got the email, but email server crashed as well...

i am hoping that this is the case, i usually ended up in 203 or 202 through the old general sale, so if 304 rocks my world, as its repuation certainly suggests, then happy daze

Yeah.  Because the middle of the stands are, for the most part, taken up by season tickets.

It will have been busier because its the first game of the season.

Tickets are now available online with no queue.

Throughout the season people will realise that there is no need to rush at 8.30am and tickets can be bought throughout the day.

What?  These members sales that they've never had before?

Cat B PTS games certainly didn't sell out mid morning.  They didn't sell out at all.

Meant on the PTS sales.. but i guess your right Cat B equivilant games last season didnt always sell out. However i assume this was busier as 1st home game of season. Will be interesting to see the diff when its a Cat B game with a Sat 3pm ko ;)

I always think that. 304 and 305 are my favourites. The atmosphere there is the best in the ground. Loads of times ive been lower in the Kop looking enviously up toward to the back watching everyone bounce to the Torres song while everyone around me sits in silence grumbling to the person sat next to them.

Anyway i was sorted in my usual.
