The 'Asha D... and yes, I am disrespecting you.' was the pick out line for me. 'To the max'.

In a conversation with the brilliant Armando Ianucci,

Armando "would you say it's fair to say where living in a (Adrian) Chiles-ian society?"
Ianucci "I'd  say it's a post-Chilesian society."

People just sit tight on the edge of their seat. Magic darts innit? Would like to see him live but it's almost certain never to happen, so the telly'll have to do. I missed the first series on account of the fact I'm an old man who lives in a cave.

Why is it almost certain never to happen mate? Gigs a lot, all over the place, easy to get and fair prices.
Seen him in Feb/March and was one of the best things I've ever seen.

He really is. The way he makes commentary on celebrity "status" by downplaying a comedian's contribution to charity is just genius. There's so many layers to his stuff. And his delivery is perfect.

This is a genius of a show and Armando Iannucci's contribution was hilarious last night.

Was it just a coincidence that the thread from 3 years ago on lesser known comedians just popped back up with Russel Howard as the first post?

Last night's episode was brilliant. His ripping of Russell Howard was brilliant (aren't ninjas mental?!).

Also when Iannucci was doing the whole 'you look like... who's let himself go', that was brilliant.

Saw Kitson last night. Haven't seen this episode of SLCV yet, so don't know if the Chiles description from the live shows has passed the lawyers - Stew described him as a Toby Jug filled with hot piss.

Already done Mr. Boyle.

I thought he did Russell Howard and he clearly had some saved up.

Plus Michael McIntyre got it in the first series so I guess he's still got some mileage.

Personally I'm still laughing at this from almost two weeks ago..

"Have you ever considered having a career as a television presenter? Because it strikes me that you'd actually be fucking awful at it."

;D
I trust the King, but if we lose a few more on the trot now - he may have to step aside, and we have to purchase another manager in the middle of the season. If we are relegated, this could be the end of our ambitions to win any title the next 100 years.
