We didnt deserve to win tbh.

We were shit at home as per usual and I honestly don't expect our home form to improve much.

To negative to win the title.

After going a goal up we were asking for it. Couldn't keep the ball and giving ridiculous fouls away. Sometimes you get what you deserve and today we did

We got what we were asking for.  When we scored we should've looked for the second, instead we started playing keep ball amongst Skrtel, Carra and Hyypia before Reina was forced to twat it in the vague direction of Torres.  Say what you want about Kuyt though, he'd never have given that freekick away.  Benayoun had no business sliding in like that, especially so late on.

i feel numb. you could see it coming, same as against wigan last year around this time.

teams come to anfield and shut up shop for 90 minutes we struggle to do it for 15 minutes.

we need to just go for it and get the 2nd rather than sitting back

As soon as we scored we proceeded to give up on trying to create anything in attack.

We played keep ball then we sat off them.

Result? They bag a lucky set piece goal and we count the cost of another 2 dropped points.

I've said it before adn I'll say it again. Until Rafael Benitez changes his cautious, defensive mindset we will never win the league under him.

last season when pennant gave away that absoloutly pointless freekick vs arsenal at the emirates from which they scored i was fuming... that was a prem game that meant fuck all.

Here benayoon does the most STUPID tackle i have ever fucking seen. in such a dangerous position. i mean WHY? the guy is thick. sell the fucker.

2mins stoppage time? is that a joke? 50+ fouls in that game and you come up with 2mins stoppage time?

Lets be fair here chaps, only way we win this now is if man u fucking implode upon themselves...

does any1 see that happeneing?

Absolutely shocking performance, we've already had FOUR draws at home this season against poor teams and we refuse to learn the lessons from them.

Appaling and indefensible given our position, the mancs must be laughing themsleves stupid while we throw games away with dreadful performances.

FIVE draws at home now.

Same story again and again. We don't take our chances and show enough urgency until the final whistle. After Gerrard scored, Everton were there to be taken. They were lacklustre and only ever looked like scoring in the game from a set-piece. Instead we sat back and allowed them to profit from our mistakes. Keane was particularly poor again tonight. Overall, not good enough.

Disappointed. I was convinced we'd win tonight but it's not the end of the world. We're still in it and that's what counts.

The 'new' Liverpool never do anything the easy way anyway.

How can you not blame Webb when he didn't give the penalty he should have?
Do you think he would have had any hesitation giving it at Old Trafford or Stamford Bridge?
