48 quid is ridiculas.
that on top of getting there is a bit hefty especially coming up to chrismas.
Even if you can easily afford it, £48 for one ticket? no way.

I can't believe the moaning on here.  If £48 is too much to pay then don't go, simple as that.

The clubs don't give a shit about moaners but they give a shit about unsold allocations.  For the fixture we'll easily sell out the tickets so all the moaning in the world won't get us anywhere.

For what the whole day is going to cost me £2 is a fraction of the cost.  Its half a pie in the ground FFS.

is spot on

i do agree that prices rises will have to stop eventually but its simply supply and demand

they know we'll sell all of our allocation and they know they'll sell at £48. Arsenal is a business so why wouldn't you sell them at that price?

Yep they'll only drop when they don't sell out.  And even if the travelling aways didn't buy all the alocation I'd guess the London reds would take up the slack.

Don't agree with the differential pricing depending on opponents though.  Should be a set price irrespective of opponents.  No expert in these matters but would be interesting to take a case against a team on this subject on the basis of discrimination against specific team/supporters, in comparison to what other supporters pay for basically seeing the same fare.

I accept your point but as far as I can tell virtually all clubs sell tickets at different prices according to the category of the match.

Well if any of you dont want to pay 48 pound and you got the loyalty to get a ticket, i can guarantee there would be a que to take the ticket off your hands!

Is right and that is why the prices rise to where they are now.

Some Arsenal seats are well above £48.

Because they were printed before the announcement so the tickets themselves say £48?? Hopefully we'll only be charged £47 then. I might print out the list from arsenal.com and take as proof. Have you got the link please?
