Nice pic of the Paisley Flag on the BBC website.  I thought it deserved its own thread so it didnt get lost in the shite being spouted in the normal match threads.

Well done to all involved.

Cheers people, I still can't quite believe it's my painting that was used. Seeing it on TV was just bizarre.

It was organised and funded by the forumites on OTK, and I donated the image because of course I was chuffed to bits they wanted to use it.

When it comes to creating flags and banners, Liverpool fans simply aren't matched. However it's a shame that the atmosphere during a game doesn't match the quality of the the flags we produce. If we can get the noise levels up as well then the Kop will look awesome.

I'm making a flag at the minute - should be boss when its done - just wondering if anyone has any ideas on the dimensions of the Paisley flag? Wouldn't mind doing it around that size.

Thanks

Best manager we've ever had or will have probably.

It sickens me when he's dissmissed by pundits as not one of the greats because he was handed a good side. :butt his record is unbelievable. :'(

Looked boss tonight. The more of this type of flag on the kop the merrier in my opinion. Is anyone making the image of the dalglish pose when we won the league at Chelsea in '86?

...something like this   http://kennydalglish.tripod.com/pics/kenny11.jpg

Heard the idea floating around and I like it.
The fans here are the greatest in the land. They know the game and they know what they want to see. The people on the Kop make you feel great - yet humble. I'm just one of the people...

If you want to make a 5m by 3m flag, PM me and I will send you the details of the flag maker that made that and the others down the front. I've got "The Originals" flag which is the same size and believe me, if you get it made that size in anything other than the lightweight materials used to make those flags you will not be able to wave it and it will snap the poles anyway.
