Exactly. It's the sort of record that will only bet set by someone once a generation I'd say as you're unlikely to see a team from Qualifying Round 1 playing in a semi final, let alone scoring in a Final. If it were that easy it wouldn't have taken this long for a candidate to emerge.

Gerrard is the only player to have scored in all four major cup finals that it is possible for an England-based player to take part in (UEFA Cup, Champions League, FA Cup, League Cup)
