Only 3164 tickest is a fucking joke by the way ! I live near Edinburgh and can't get down to a lot of games at Anfield due to me not earning a lot of money and having other responsibilities so i'll be well disappointed if i don't get a ticket for the Liverpool end with OUR fans. In fact i'll be raging !

Although if i can't get a ticket for our end then i WILL get a ticket with the Rangers fans ( about 10 of my mates are Rangers fans and they're all going but i can't control myself when we score and will end up being ejected from the ground 'cos the Gers fans aren't too friendly about other fans cheering on the other team in "THEIR" stands EVEN though it's a friendly and celebration of football  :o) !

I know Celtic are our friends but i just hope most of the tickest aren't snapped up by lots of Celtic fans just to see Torres, Gerrard and Co. beat Rangers FC, it SHOULD JUST BE "TRUE" LIVERPOOL FANS THAT HAVE SUPPORTED "OUR" TEAM ALL THEIR LIVES !

If i asked Rafa, he'd probably say "You have many possibilities, no !"  ;D

Right then, postal has been sent - anyone know any half decent B&b's up there near Ibrox or city centre??  Where the best pubs round the ground for reds??

If you're going to the windows do you still need everyone's fancard?

90p transaction fee on the phones is a pisstake.

Its on general so i doubt it.  Not sure why it would need recording on everyones FC - dont think it counts for any loyalty does it??

What I was thinking but:

Quote

Kind of confusing.

If i go down, and have 3 fancards, but need four tickets, is this okay?

Infact, what is the maximum number i can buy, with it being pre season?

need to calm down there fella....

first off the ticket allocation won't be enough to satisfy the demand of Liverpool fans let alone giving them out to celtic.  lets say i'll be suprised if many spares in our end floating round for this

"Tickets will be available from the Ticket Office".

Fair enough - you would not expect to buy them from a chip shop -  but it does not say anything about PERSONAL APPLICATION, which is the way they normally phrase it for Window Sales as an option.

No online sale, as it is an Away ground, but telephone/postal is available.

Is anybody CERTAIN that they are doing Window Sales?

That means a window sale.

Just called them then, you wont NEED a fancard, but it can be recorded if need be.

I told her I needed 8 tickets, and I would have 3 fancards, and there would be two of us queing. She said thats fine. So happy days.

But it hasn't been scrapped.

I'll be getting mine over the phones. Are the TO likely to object to getting 2 child tickets? Or child tickets on adult fancards for that matter?

Wouldnt think so. And if they do, then just get them without the fancards, with it being general sale.

Well here's the lengths I went to. I saved up for two years starting about 4.5 years ago and managed to buy one share so that I could get tickets. Then the twats took over and I was forced to sell the share. I now have a 'priority number' and a fan card. But the problem is always the phone! I go over about 10 times a year and either get tickets through my supporters club or buy them off an Evertonian friend of mine who gets them for me. Ironically when I have used the phone the cost of me getting a ticket this way is usually almost the most expensive and time consuming part of my trip. So basically...keep dialing? About when shall I give up? I imagine they must be nearly gone by now. Suppose I'll try Rangers when they've their general sale...

Just got to keep trying till they sell out.

FFS still nothing in my order history and still no joy on the phones.

I really cant be arsed with this for another season, just to give them twats 15p everytime they tell me to call back later.
