Thug Hits Neville's Dad.

The Man United star waded in to protect his old man – whose face was injured when the brute flattened him in the street.

When the silver-haired dad-of-three staggered to his feet, obviously badly shaken, his right cheek was cut and bruised.

Stunned Gary, 33, had been just a short walk from the chilling assault – supposedly sparked by a bust-up over parking.

The crocked Red Devils skipper immediately rushed to his dad’s side and confronted the yob.

Bystanders stepped in to keep the peace.

One said: “Gary’s dad and this bloke had a blazing row. I don’t know what they said but the guy was livid.
“It all seemed quite childish and petty but it turned ugly when he started throwing punches.

“One blow sent Neville flying. It must have been painful. He hit the deck with a sickening crunch.”

The attack took place outside an underground car park in busy Manchester city centre.

Cops were called but the Nevilles left before making a complaint.

WELL IN CARRA  ;D ;D
:lmao
He wasn't perfect, he made mistakes. But he was genuine. He had the best interests of the club at heart, and gave us a plethora of successful teams that we should have been thankful for.

Much ado about nothing as far as I'm concerned. Probably set up by some bitter blue. If a caution is all he had then I don't think it's worth worrying about.

really odd how quickly stories can get twisted out of proportion. looking through the newsnow page, i found this headline:

"Carragher Arrested as Liverpools problems mount."

thats so dumb i actually find it funny.

Typical, you can take the lad out of Bootle but you cant take Bootle out of the lad, makes a change from Liverpool getting a bad press I suppose.

I wish he would start being so assertive on the pitch again.
He's not having the best season this year.
I hope he will pick up, we need him.

Perhaps the other party involved will regret reporting this incident.

Particularly if a previous and more serious incident was not reported to the police.

He may reflect what a shithouse thing it was to do.
Johnny Sack: 200 grand for insulting my wife. What's next, Carmine, he gets to fuck her for a million?

Carmine: He wants to fuck her?

Johnny Sack: I'm making a point.

I suspect the only reason this even went as far as a caution is because he's a public figure. Shoving is, for better or worse, a part of life, it's quite a way off - and I'm plucking something out of the air here - attacking someone with a golf club...

it wasnt the "other party" who reported it,it was one of the many witnesses who seen the incident.
and i thought carra was quite sensible.
