Wonder how look it'll take to sell out this time, after last year's fiasco! ::) Can't go down early on Thursday so might be stuffed if they sell in a few hours again.

Anyone remember how long it took last year? Was it more than 1 day?

They've taken some for standing there, surely? There were a good 300-400 more last season.

they were going to give us a reduced allocation for the cup tie but Reading pleaded with the police to let us have the 4,000 odd allocation and they let us...not so keen for the league though the c*nts.

Gutted.

Enjoying myself on holiday in the Bahamas and logged on to check if they'd put ticket details up for this, looks like I'm going to be fucked now.

I wouldn't mind if all the 2000 in the ground had been to more games than me but they won't have, will they? My estimate is that there will be an absolute maximum of 70% of the away support being the usual crowd and the rest will be supporters clubs from reasonably local areas and people who have got tickets via various other sources. Not one to talk on that front becuase I have gotten tickets in the past for matches which I technically don't qualify for but I do, at least, attend pretty much every home game, 70% of the aways and all the cup matches, which is more than can be said for hundreds of the beauts that took tickets for reading last season.

I'm not trying to get on a high horse here because there's a lot of people who go to more matches than I do, but i've been to every away this season and am already gutted to be missing Newcastle due to me being on holiday and now it looks like I'll be missing Reading as well. Anyone who is there, do me a favour, if you see any beauts dressed the way people were last season then give them a fucking earful. I'm not buying this "we're all reds" lark, they are not reds. I am normally an accomodating person but when knobheads like this are taking a sizeable chunk of tickets for a match that we get fuck all for, as far as I am concerned they are the enemy. May be controversial but when I have to watch this match in the boozer only for someone with more money or easier access to tickets than me to be there, it absolutely riles me to be honest.

Maybe not the worst away to have to miss out on but it's the principle of it, plus as I have said it will be the second away in a row I'll be missing and was looking forward to it.

I would say definately.

A slight chance of it going to 12 maybe, given that we've already played there once this season an it's on the tele. Not exactly a "must do" away, given that all I've heard is that the stewards are knobs, it's a bowl of a ground and you can't stand up.

Thanks to some very helpful people on here I am now sorted for this and it will be my first time at the Madjeski, I think there may well be a very small number that make 12 credits. It sold out straight away last season with it being our first trip down there, can't see it being the same this season, especially with the fact that anyone who wanted to go had the oppurtunity to do so last month.
