Just be careful before u call the social services. Are the kids in real danger? Yes im biased, most of you know this but ive good reason to be wary. Its not always the best choice but it can be the best of a bad lot if you get me.

Mum's weary but she hates anything that even mildly rocks the boat.  Sister's all for it.  She needs a wake-up call and bar me going to beat the shit out of him the options are limited.  She knows I've threatened it and she even said that if she got back with him she'd call them herself.

Have to say, the anger and hatred I felt was indescribable.
I know what you mean lad. I've never met my father because he abused my mother (who was pregnant with me) and she left him. I know nothing of the guy and don't really want to. I don't know what he looks like or anything about him. But I fucking hate him. Just thinking about what he did raises a hatred within me like no other thing can. That someone could do that to another person (who they supposedly love), and a pregnant woman? Awful. What's worse is that me Ma is a wonderful woman and a great mother, there's no way she would have done anything that heinous to wind him up. It's easy to say from an outside perspective, but any man raising their hand to a woman in that situation is scum.

She'd call them herself? Sounds like she's choosing him over her kids to be honest.

If you call child services what's going to happen to the kids? Where do they go?
I remember years ago doing the fart with your fingers pointed like a gun.

I did it to my brother, I had a dressing gown on.

Instead of farting I shat on the floor - my brother thought I was demented.

Into temporary care if they deem them to be in danger. They will then do lots of talking etc and then decide if its ok for the kids to be home. If the kids have a family member willing to take them, sometimes the stupid services will allow that as well.

Personally I'd call them but it depends on what you foresee the outcome of that being. Kids being in a home and seeing violence like that can affect the rest of their lives, their relationships with people and even their development so it is a serious issue.
Enemy, at that time, and now, I cant think of anything good to say about her. She's still being a c*nt

Are you or any of the family able to take the kids? I know it's easy to say call child services but if you guys can't look after them they go into the system and there's very people I know who've experienced it who have any pleasant memories of it. Talk to the kids on the down low and ask them they're feelings on it.

Looks after them, she's beyond hope it appears.
