Seen this earlier. Got off bus pissed up, looked up and seen it flash past me. Asked some fella walking past if he saw it too, looked at me like I was a weirdo and thought I had one too many. Anyways, it was all over Twitter, people all round country seen it too. A meteor, not all that much in the pic, but guess you don't see stuff like this often.

I was barely able to see properly at the time, not my efforts. Think some clips also up on youtube.

Tried that when the Space Station/satellite went above last summer, everyone saying where to look. Anyways starts having a nosey in my back yard, oblivious to the fact some bird across the back had her curtains open and was near her bedroom window, looked like I was trying to have a right good perv. Just missing some binoculars at the time...

Think I would have to find somewhere else to go see.

I saw that pissed up as well! spent the next hour debating with my mate who didn't see it whether it was a Chinese lantern, a firework or a plane on fire!

Been up there. Was funny. Got to the top and all it was, was cloud. Couldn't see a thing. You only had a short time so everyone is stood there anxiously with their cameras out. Then next minute the cloud cleared and this dazzling beam of sunshine hit it. All you could hear was people cheering and cameras clicking

Tremendous. Didn't know there was a little church in the top behind it until I got up there.

As long as the shelf is secured to the brackets and not just sat on them, then I would assume it's very easy to do.
