I hope Rafa makes a fuss about this, because for a ref to do that in a final is absoulely unacceptable. THat being said, we didn't deserve to win tonight. Our captain had a stinker, Crouch came on way too late, Pennant completely faded, and Kewell didn't offer much more than Bolo. Congrats to Milan.

4-5-fucking one with the wrong striker and wrong left sided player, total waste of attacking threat and possesion. Every time we got in the final third we wasted it, EVERY FUCKING TIME.

Well done lads, we were the better team; but we just didn't take our chances. I'm fucking gutted here, but the Reds gave a good account of themselves. Maybe Milan will feel it's poetic justice; in 05 they were the better team and they lost. Today we controlled the game- but we lost it.

Congratulations AC Milan- can't say you deserved it, but well done all the same.

We got what we deserved. Mascherano was outstanding and kept Kaka very quiet virtually throughout....only real plus point of what was a very disappointing display.

Come on mate - that team selection walked all over milan in the first half. The players didn't finish. I definitely think Crouch shouldve come on much earlier - but the selection (except maybe Zenden) was good for me.
