Selling a few things on eBay at the moment, take a look...

HDMI Cables

3.5mm Stereo to Stereo Cables

Logitech C120 Webcams
These are the days when I hate the world, hate the rich, hate the happy, hate the complacent, the TV watchers, beer drinkers, the satisfied ones. Because I know I can be all of those little hateful things and then I hate myself for realising that.

selling a landrover winch on ebay to a german who was coming to get it (already agreed he would pay with cash)

when he got here he loaded it into his car and he was proper dodgy saying he couldnt get any money out the bank....  takin his time to pay on paypal, saying he'd forgot his password

Going to be selling autobiographies on ebay, didn't know if anyone on RAWK wanted first dibs at them. However, seeing as they are all LFC related I'm sure you've probably read them all already:

Steven Gerrard,
Robbie Fowler,
Carra,
Rush,
Torres.

And another Steven Gerrard: Portrait of a hero.
A season on the brink: Portrait of Rafa's reds by Guilem Balague!

Any offers welcome, probably put them on ebay next week sometime.

Slightly off-topic but I'm after some help.  I recently bought an item for £6.89 plus £3.95 postage.  I contacted the seller requesting a return as I no longer wanted the item.  I spent £1.77 at the Post Office to send the package back.  The seller has only refunded me £6.89 and not the £3.95 I paid to receive the item.

I understand the seller does not have to refund the £1.77 I paid to send the item back to them but from what I've read on the Distance Selling Regulations, I should be refunded all original costs i.e. £6.89 + the £3.95.

Am I right?

Whenever i've returned something, i've been given all of it less the postage back to them like you say...
If they've had good feedback in the past, just ask if it was a mistake, which it probably was - If not contact eBay?

Doesnt PnH normally cover costs such as getting the item off the shelf , and sent to the post office for posting??

im curious as to why, after you decided  you no longer wanted it, THEY would have to be out of pocket..
