Yes its been a good match, good tempo, good technical players and it actually looks like they care even if its just a friendly.

What about Elano, Matt? I know we dont need CM but I think he has been good as well, one of my personal favorite RB has been good as well, Miguel.

I wonder if Rafa is there or if he rather went to the U21 match tonight, I have seen both Mourinho and Wenger so far in the stands.

good question, he has good reason to be at both games. I'm sure he will have both games taped to watch later. ;)

5 minutes left + injury time, Portugal have been the best team overall and deserve the lead, if they can hold on to the lead it will be Dungas first loss in charge for Brazil.

Yes I saw it, that guy never stops to amaze me.

But how good would Portugal actually be if they had a proper striker, this has been their problem for years.

Simao is really a big time player - he is Luis Garcia without the fuck ups.

Alves didn't do anything special, and he had time to do so. I was just amazed by Portugal - they played like Brasil, but I guess this is a very silly comment.

I think it was a good match considering it was a friendly, the first half especially, the game was played at a high tempo, but not many good chances got created because of two good defenses.

The second half was a bit sloppy because of all the substitutions but it gasthered more pace again in the end, Portugal was overall the best team and they deserved to win.

Kaka was good in the first half but faded in the second, C.Ronaldo tried to set pace in the game and did alright as long as he played.
I agree with the Swedish commentators that Quaresma was the best attacking player on the pitch, but even if he was involved in both goals he found it hard to find that killer touch to often because of a solid Brazilian defense, just as Portugal was on the other side of the pitch.

Awful game. Nothing worse than seeing great players (and grown men) rolling about on the floor and feigning injury after barely being touched.

good first half so far, no goals.

A few good players on show, esp gilberto the brazil left full back stands out for me. excellent ball control and energy. Kaka is good. Petit for portugal playing well too.

Two players on show i would love at liverpool, Gilberto the full back and Quersma the winger for portugal.

Gilberto is fucking 31 isn't he?

Why? Nothing at all should surprise you at this stage where this guy is concernced. I partcularly liked Quaresmas through ball that set Brazil up with a good chance in the first half.

Haha...he got unlucky with that one and it could have ended in misery, but I guess you remember who cleared the ball out of the danger area in the end as well.

If you did watch the match and are trying to say that Quaresma is not just pure quality you have lost all your integrity in a football discussion in foreseeable future, especially considering you think Pennant is a great player.
