Disappointing episode.

You'd think with the long break they'd work on the episodes. Seems they went back to work and picked a random news story and went with it.
"You have to admire animals. Hamster spun round in a wheel three times bigger than him and abruptly lands on his back. Then just gets up and carries on as if nothing happened! If that was a human he'd be helicoptered to hospital, off work for 6 months have back issues for 20 years and then start legal proceedings against the wheels owner"

I get the impression from the commentaries that even when they do try to meet up and plan their new episodes.. they don't really come up with much!

Anyway I agree, I didn't really get this one. Probably too many jokes that you have to be american to get for a start

What the fuck is Chipotle?

A mexican-origin sauce that you put in Burrito's etc. Huge in America and Mexico. Not really spicy like the curry you guys get in the UK but spicy enough for the average American.

Butters puckers up for an all-new episode this Wednesday titled "Butters' Bottom Bitch."

Butters has made it all the way to the 4th grade without ever kissing a girl. All of his friends have been teasing him mercilessly. Butters is determined to catch up with the rest of the boys in his class. Meanwhile, one overly dedicated cop wages war on Prostitution in South Park.

I'm American and I still didn't get half of it.  Course I didn't recognize most of the celebrities, but I don't think it was that great an episode in the first place.  Like the sound of the next one though, Butters is awesome.

I've been watching them all from the first series, only got the last few of the eighth to go and I'll have seen them all.  I think my favourite so far is 'Child Abduction is Not Funny', although there's a few.

For those true SP nerds, there is a series of very good commentaries by Parker and Stone on youtube, audio only.

Here's the one on the Tourettes episode.

I've been watching all of them on youtube. Took me hours but damn they are so funny. I love 'The Jeffersons' commentary at the end when Matt and Trey are just laughing at the part with Cartman and Jackson singing on the train.

Seriously Trey Parker and Matt Stone are absolute geniuses especially since they manage to create every episode in something like 6 days. And every week they think they're not gonna make it in time :D

What channel are the new episodes on? I only ever seem to see repeats of older shows
on the comedy channel.

good that they at least show some of them but it sounds like their contract with whatever uk channel shows south park (paramount comedy?) stops them from showing them til they've all been broadcast..   The season 13 ones do work for me so it must detet the IP address location.
