I got through but my mate had written 1 digit wrong for his fancard number. As we wanted tickets together i said i'd ring back with correct number. When i did it was adult/Child only  :butt :'(

likely to be any returns on late availabilty? got bordeaux on me fancard but was unable to phone up until half 3 today. thought there would be some left but obviously not.

Maybe a small amount, but you will have a better chance of a ticket from the exchange, but obviously no good if you want the fancard credit.

Do you need to have any loyalty for the late availability line?

not as a rule - i know some who've brought on there without a fancard

you should get it on your fancard if you can though for futures

Bought mine with postal application - been all confirmed on the 5th of November. All means Eindhoven and City..and confirmed on the 8th of November was Portsmouth.
Received Eindhoven and Portsmouth 4 days later..just City is still missing..

I bought mine last friday when it was season ticket holders with one credit. I normally buy from the ground but was stuck in work so got them over the phone. It is showing as confirmed on the site and the money was taken from my account on Monday. Tickets still havent arrived, is this the norm with phone sales or should I start to be concerned? If I need duplicates will I need to ring and tell them or just turn up a couple of hours before the match? Is it an easy thing to sort? Do I just need my fancard and the card I bought them on? Sory for so many questions!!!

Call them a day or 2 before the game tell them you havent recieve the tickets and they will print duplicates to be collected from the ticket office. Turn up early, even though sometimes you cannot collect duplicates up to 45mins to kickoff. Bring fan card, credit card that you used to book and prove of identity of some sort. good luck mate

It's quite sad actully for this game (and also portsmouth) the amout of tickets floating around on the exchange. Yet for weekend games vs Man City there's no spare tickets and people wanting them. I'm so sick of people buying for loyalty and trying to flog their tickets on here, yes some of them will have totally valid excuses which will be true but then there's others who buy them to sell them. Portsmouth also has loads of tickets for sale when their shouldn't be, I've seen at least 2 posts from people living in LONDON who are trying to sell tickets for portsmouth. If they couldn't go why did they buy them??

If we had a fancard entry system then there'd be none of this! You give your fancard to the turnstile operator and it scans it just like a ST. If the game is on there the light goes green and you're allowed in, if no fancard then no entry. THis would cut down touting etc I think?

I agree about the buying for loyalty bit. If we get to Athens those people who couldn't be bothered going will be on the first plane out. But i can't agree with an electronic system to get in........computers always go wrong at the best of times. Can you imagine what would happen if the system crashed 50 mins before a champions league game?!?!
It's awfully considerate of you to think of me here/ and i'm most obliged to you for making it clear/ that i'm not here

This sounds similar to Man City's entry system except the home fans swipe their own card accross a sensor to gain entry. Although this would pevent people buying for loyalty, it would make ticket exchanges impossible. I would not agree with this as I find the exchange on here very useful for weekend games.

I'd guess it's mostly people who are in the Auto ticket scheme, and have no choice but to pay for, and receive the tickets. As this game went on sale after the Bordeaux home tie, it was obvious that demand would be low for this, therefore I'd be surprised if people went out and purchased tickets expecting to be able to get shut quite easily.

agreed - Some people would just buy for loyalty anyways and take the hit - we'd probably just end up with more empty seats - and thousands of us moaning about not being able to get tickets - even though the ground would clearly be not full

Id hate that computer entry bollocks basically if you lose your fan card your fucked, at least if you lose your tickets you can get new ones.
Also im a sad fiend who likes collecting my ticket stubbs that would put an end to that as well.
If we do get that computer shite ill be the first complaining.

??? Of course they have a choice. They don't have to sign up to the Auto Cup scheme. But as any fule knoes, many seasie holders don't give a toss about who gets it in at what game as long as they can pick the cherries. And pass on their unwanted ones as they choose. And so on and so forth...

Tickets still haven't arrived. Got 3 fan cards off someone on here and the ticket office said they'd post the tickets to my address and not the address(s) on the fan cards. 9 or 10 days later and they haven't arrived. Reckon if I just wen't upto the ticket office with the card I paid with and the addresses and fan card numbers on a piece of paper they'd issue me duplicates?
