Quite possibly the worst final series of any show I've ever seen.

Where did it all go wrong boys?!

Pretty much the worst series finale i've ever seen. They should have either a) Finished with an hour long episode that tied everything up, forgetting about a film, or b) left the series on a cliff-hanger that led nicely into the film.

Instead we got an awful mixture of both, with the most horribly rushed set of character/story conclusions. What if the film idea gets shelved? Ellin will never forgive himself, if that is to truely be the last we'll ever see of Entourage.

Praying for a film to give the series the closure it deserves, for that finale was just awful.

There will be a film.

Adrian Grenier has confirmed it and Mark Wahlberg also said that there will be a movie even if he has to finance it by himself.

Wow, how rubbish was the finale ? Infact the entire season has been a bit dissapointing. There were so many loose ends to tie up I fail to undestand why could they not extend it for a couple of episodes and finish on a much better note.

The twist in the end however sets it up nicely for the movie. Hope they don't fuck that up !!

for those who hated it, what were ye expecting? I thought every character got some sort of closure, albeit maybe too easily.. Drama got his show and his film, Turtle's investment worked out for him, E got Slone back, Vinny's getting married, Ari got the Mrs back.

is it just that ye didnt like the happy ending for everyone? Or what would you have preferred to see happening?

It petered out really. Shame.

Best thing about the episode, and series, was hearing a bit of Led Zepp at the end.

True. But they are all moving out of California and the series ends with Going to California. Suppose they decided to be a bit ironic.

Just saw it, I didn't think it could be as bad as people were saying, I was right - its worse.
The way they all ended up happy was cool and the way Vince sorted it for everyone was true to the show but seriously it was like they dragged some pissead of the street and asked them to write it.

It would have been better if Vince would have ended up with Mandy or the other girl, Justine was it? Not some shitty writer who wouldn't even go out with him then a couple of days later says she'll marry him. Fucking daft. Still gutted the way that happend. Please please please Doug, Mark etc SORT IT OUT WITH A FILM!

Well that was disappointing. Drama did his best to save the finale, but all in all felt rushed as all hell, soppy as fuck; just a very limp ending, which probably sums up the last couple of seasons.

They shouldn't have bothered with the movie, and made the finale a feature length two parter or something. A fast pased finale with the lads ducking and diving out of situations with a shit load of humour and Ari going mental, then give it a happy ending.

The episode as it stands was a limp , lame happy ending. I don't think there was a single funny moment.

Just rewatching the series, and I think if Vince had to marry anyone in the finale, it should have been the Queens girl from the end of Season 5.

She wasn't super fit (neither is the reporter) but it would have been a better story, with Vince going back to his roots and marrying a girl from his hometown and all.

His silly marriage is the only gripe I had with the finale, really. The marriage storyline was way too rushed.

Just watched series 8 this afternoon. Thought it was ok. Though have only scrolled through this page and can understand the disappointment. I did however like the penultimate episode were (just incase)

Just watched Season 8 today. Enjoyable but think the last episode was slightly rushed - cant believe it wasn't on for an hour!

However with the little clip at the end, I really hope they sort the movie out now!!
