Just got through, got one in Kop 207.

got through and was put on hold for 5 minutes with music, first time that has happened this season.

She said there at not many tickets left, and only singles all over the ground.

Man City wasn't online last year for some reason but that wasn't used for loyalty.

Does anyone know why their will be no general online sales for the reading league game?

Also if like today with A Villa going to general is it possible to go to the ground and buy over the counter with fancards. Or is that option only available if it goes to general "general" sale

is it me or is online becoming a joke! Surely with todays technology they can't sort it so that they can put more online and handle more activity. Its not like we struggle to sell out the majority games so why not invest a bit of money to make it easier.

I'm guessing that they have had so much grief by way of complaints from AOL users in recent weeks that they've decided to pull the plug altogether until the AOL problem is sorted out? Alternatively, you could ask the TO!

Very strange the woman said they only had upper anny left, asked for my fan card number and I gave it and then she said or would you like the Kop.

What do you suggest? We now use a big call centre operation. Would you like 8,000opperatives so the 16000 tickets sell in the first 2 minutes of sale? how can we sort out the phone sales? there are probably hundreds of calls hitting the server every second on redial. I hate the phone lines as much as the next man, but I don't see what we can do to make it better. If ticketmaster and the such cant find a way around these problems, LFC ticket office doesnt stand a chance. Hate it personally because I never get through on the phones for home league games, but what can we do

We should make more tickets available online according to demand. Take note it was easy to get Newcastle and Blackburn , but here we go with Villa (and Spurs) sold out in less than 5 minutes and it's redial for the day (and probably no tickets at the end of it anyway)!!!

16,000 Tickets? there is less than 3000 available for league games once you take away all other sales. 90% of them are adult/child and restricted view

I don't mean on the day, but on the day they go on sale. They allocate tickets for eseason, pts and for online sales. So as well as this why not have the option to queue? I'd rather go wait and two hours at Anfield, than spend two hours pressing redial cos that BT woman does me head in
