Nope! Towards the end of the season, a forum member here had a pic of the Euro Cup, with "Playing for the above trophy next season" underneath. To say "jinxing bastard" is an understatement.

(Yes, I know my name was treble2003 for a bit, but the FA Cup's only a shitty cup, and who gives a fuck about the League?!)

I blame Piercy for his boo-boy antics throughout the season. His boo's alone cost us around 4-7 points this season.

Here's what i wrote in my match report after the 2-0 win over Southampton on the opening day...

"To let you know just how good we looked going forward in this opening 20 minutes or so I was reaching for the proggy to check where we were playing our last game of the season and if I'd be able to see us lift the 19th. Ok, a little premature perhaps, but exciting things WILL happen with this squad this season, trust me."
