Do you read anything that isn't far right dude?

I wonder if the intelligence services deem RAWK as a potential threat with its propogation of left of centre political consensus ( with obvious exceptions Comrade Dava etc) - if so would they ever employ some covert young operative and task them with consistant propaganda campaigns to challenge the general zietgist in the hope of winning hearts and souls?
On reading some of 4pools posts mussolini would be seen as a soppy sentimental liberal

I'm not surprised at what the USG would do, anyone remember David Kelly, the tanks at heathrow?. And the US is far far worse in terms of dirty tricks.

I'm sure the CIA has us on a watch list. We're all known subversives. At least you're safe in the UK :-\
We have 2 strikes against us:
1. We're Reds.
2. We're from Liverpool
They already have us marked for extinction.

--- Quote from: 4pool on April 12, 2006, 12:32:52 AM ---As for how the CIA reacted..she wasn't an agent so you figure it out.
Federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald contends that Plame's friends "had no idea she had another life." But Plame's secret life could be easily penetrated with the right computer sleuthing and an understanding of how the CIA's covert employees work.

Not only no response to a genuine enquiry, but is there not a contradiction there?
You say that she wasn't an agent and yet the piece you quote says her secret could be discovered by anybody with an understanding of "how the CIA's covert employees work".
That appears to indicate that she was covert, even if possibly identifiable as such by a determined investigator.
Further : During a news conference in Sea Island, Ga., at the conclusion of a G-8 summit, Bush answers very directly "Yes" to a journalist's unambiguous question, "Do you stand by your pledge to fire anyone found to have leaked CIA operative Plame's name?"
So, he is not denying her status is he?
