No i didnt mean to suggest you were, im interested to know aswell to be honest, i still cant tell completely

It is either absolutely brilliant rotoscope animation or a video filter giving that effect. I do plenty of video editing, but I'm far from an expert in animation, however, my guess is that it is an animated video. If it is a filter it's from top end software. Those on cheaper software will just 'animate' everything in the frame, but in that video a lot of elements have not been animated (many of the lines on the grass, the advertising boards, the stadium). Happy to be proven wrong if I am, but my impression is that it's rotoscope animation.

People talk about how the game has evolved and how the techniques and methods are so effective these days that they label the older generations inferior to todays sports teams...

That team would roll ours today.

I know it's not Liverpool related, but has anyone seen this?  It's an amazing animated video of Gareth Bale against Inter.  The style of the animation is unique, and yet totally brilliant - I can see this kind of thing taking off and becoming popular for other players/games.

Normally ya burn the .VOB to dvd using Nero (well i do anyways), http://isohunt.com/torrent_details/25306908/milan+v+liverpool?tab=summary download them if its just the .avi files ya want, dont need to burn nothing then just watch them on ya laptop or stream them to ya PS3/360.

EDIT: Comes in three parts which im guessing are 1st half, 2nd half and finally extra time/penalties.
Riding through dust clouds and barren wastes
Galloping hard on the plains
Chasing the redskins back to their holes
Fighting them at their own game
Murder for freedom a stab in the back

Fantastic, thanks mate.

Shanks description of St John (20:14) sounded like he was talking about suarez  ;D apart from the 'taking tackles and getting on with it' - ain't gonna happen in the modern game

And his view on players and refs that immediately follows that should be played before every fucking game imo

Mr Liverpool to me and always will be, a great great man and he wasn't too bad at that manager malarky either
