Slightly Off-topic.. but can anyone tell me which software is best for

1. Converting from DVD to Windows format (WMV, AVI, MPG)

2. Converting from Windows format back to DVD

I would like to compile some LFC vids into DVDs to pass to some of my LFC mates. If tis topic is not allowed, then just ignore my questions.

AutoGK (gordian knot) to convert from DVD to avi, divx, xvid.

Do a google search on both. DVD Santa isn't free but if you're smart you may be able to get it for nothing ... PM me!

Anyone know if the final is being broadcast in high-def?

Our 2005 victory was produced in HD by a German company and last years final between Barcelona-Arsenal was in HD. It doesn't look like ESPN2/TSN are showing it in HD here in America but I was hoping it would be available in HD somewhere in Europe.

Feeling a bit low because I'm not going to make it to Athens so I thought I would re-visit the pictures that I took in Istanbul to cheer myself up.
