really tricky this one. a few weeks ago it would have been a nailed on 3 pointer. as it is we are struggling for form, and our record in london is abysmal, its been a long time since we got a win down there.
fingers crossed for 3 points, but realisticly i don't have a good feeling about tonight.
come on you red men !

I feel good about this actually. 0-2. Fowler will score.

             Dudek

Finnan  Carra  Hyypia  Riise

Garcia  Sissoko  Alonso  Kewell

        Fowler  Crouch

That's the team I'd go for tonight, good chance to get Robbie and Crouchy established upfront, as I think they are the partnership most likely to get us the goals we need this season.

Absolutely vital that we don't mess up our game in hand, as we have been guilty of doing so, so many times in the past. Plus we could do with a good perfomance to get a bit of confidence back within the squad.

2 - 1, Fowler & Crouch. Can see this partnership working if given a chance.

lucky you, all i feel is doubt. i suppose thats what 2 defeats and a draw to a shite team do to ya. i wanna feel confidence in the team again, but that frontline are a disaster esp with our main striker out injured with a knee issue. hope he is back for wigan.

It is vital that we pick up the 3 points tonight. I really think it'd be a good idea to start Cisse with Fowler. Both of these guys have something to prove and I could see either or both of them getting a goal tonight. It is vital that we do not drop points tonight.

Stunning.

Just seeing that name on a speculative team sheet on an internet forum sends shivvers down my spine and puts a soppy grin upon my face...!

It's gonna take a hell of a long time for it to sink in.

Who ever would have believed it?  He REALLY is back, isn't he...

--------------------Dudek--------------------

KK---------Carra-------Hyypia--------Riise

finnan/LG---Hamann--Alonso----Kewell

---------Cisse-----------Fowler------------

I see this partnership working, Cisse can cause trouble with his pace and Fowler is there to kill off any attacks

All i'll say is Rafa better play 4 4 bloody 2!

Dont want to see this 4-5-1 lark rear its head because we've lost a few.

As long as we don't pair Moro with Fowler I think we will be OK.

The lack of pace in that pairing is frightening.

Better play Peter "Greyhound" Crouch then!

Frankly, after watching Warnock's nightmare against Chelsea, I'm more comfortable with Djimi. But where's Garcia? Did he get hurt again during his cameo on Sunday?

TRAORE!!!!!!!!!

Ain't played for a while- looks like everyone got their wish- Warnock left out after Sunday.

Good player Djimi- otherwise Rafa wouldn't still have him.

new formation? no.. I think Rafa will stick with Cisse on the right.. well hopefully he will cause some damage from there.
