Spanish radio station Cadena Ser are doing a special on LFC from a hotel in the town tonight. Interviews with rafa and the spanish boys, don't know much more about it at the moment but i'll try and find out, see if it's streamed etc

my media player seems to get stuck loading the live stream, though it was fine playing their last new broadcast (not live).

Ah well. Thanks ! I also notice last night's edition of the same programme is available as a podcast at the moment - so should be the same tomorrow ?

Yep. Every day it´s available the last night edition of the programme.
This programme is the audience leader on spanish radio every night. More than a 1,5 million are hearing this radio program at 24.00h spanish hour.

Anyway i will try to do a 'text-highlights' with the more important things i could hear.

Yes, they usually break down their programme in two or three segments and they upload them very quick after they're done. Very good show.

I`ll be listening in tnite,will try some one the spot trnaslation.maybe some more people who speak spanish can help out.
It is a good show, I somet tune in on sunday n monday nites.Actually years ago Michael Robinson used to be on it but his spanish was crap then (still is !) and he didn`t last long.Went to Canal + tv with great success.

Started off by slagging off Liverpool and how ugly and grey it is. Not impressed by Cathedral (Paddy's Wigwam) and says that there is not much traffic because it's Tuesday!
Then says that Liverpool has been the most important club in Europe this year.

They say that Ochotorena, Ayesteran and Herrera are the ones who know about the city because they work too hard.
Rafa lives on the Wirral in Caldy and does the tunnel every day.

Rafa; The kids after six months in the schools speak fluently in English and put us to shame.
Doesn't understand a word the kids waiting for autographs say but nobody understood what Josemi said neither because he is Andaluz. Compares scouse with Andaluz
Moro; Public respects you in the street and lets you get on with life.
Xabi; Very positive to me in the streets, encouraging themalways even after bad results.
Reina; Players are respected on the pitch and supported much more than in Spain during the bad times.

Each of us has a role to get the best from all the players. We are a working group with our own strengths and weaknesses.
Ochotorena and Herrera now being interviewed. Tried to bring more youth into the reserves to convert it into what a reserve team in Spain is. Mostly youngsters.
