Anyone read the article on the inside of the back page, called 'Fans have turned on Gerard Houllier' - they got their sources from the official websites fan forums (just after the palace game) and talksport  :no  :upyours

Saw that...included Mr Puranand's comments in my write-up...found it all highly amusing. (He's been a Liverpool fan for 24 years you know!)
"While private gunrunners continue to thrive, the world's biggest arms suppliers are the US, UK, Russia, France and China. - They are also the five permanent members of the UN Security Council." Funny, huh?

No. And my view of the management team is well known on here. To save time checking (taking up valuable drinking time) I am 100% behind Le Boss- and will reassess my position during the close season.

Recent constructive criticism (Carragher cant cross etc) but about a month ago I posted my position that I will reassess the situation at the end of season.

I may well come to the conclusion that Houllier should be taken from his bed at dawn and shot- but I doubt it.

First post - heregoes

There is a poster on Offal, VDV, who frequently posts that he has e-mailed the Daily Mail. He proclaims to be a season ticket holder in the Main Stand and is vehemently against the Boss.  Therefore, it comes as no surprise that the Mail has finally written articles like this if being constantly battered with these mails, particularly if they contain the sort of stuff he posts on Offal.
“I think [the Red Sox success] went to their heads,” he says. “They got a little greedy, almost like someone who wins a ton of money gambling in Vegas and starts to think they’re invincible.”

VDV hasn't got a season ticket.  He is an overseas "fan" who doesn't know anything about football.  When RAWK ran the infamous Gin Gan Guly story on there a while back he believed everything and even said that the guy was shit because Houllier was interested in him.  He said he knew for a fact he was shit (despite the guy not existing).

The idiot gets his kicks from slagging off Houllier at every opportunity and never posts anything positive (especially when it is fully warranted.

Thanks guys, this particular person has been driving me and no doubt a few others bonkers for months. I never believed that this person was who he said he was, but seems to have sucked quite a few in.  Saw the wind-up on TT and how he wriggled.

Just want to congratulate you on RAWK, been reading for ages and finally took the plunge. Have always found this site reassuring and realistic.

Been watching our boys since 1964, not as much as I would have liked, but when ever my daughter and I can get tickets.
My Dad was from the Dingle, so he's to blame, sadly passed away just before the Treble and the chance of watching one of his favourite players, play in a red shirt, Gary Mac. Dad died three months after the op the Boss had, so you can imagine it sure hacks me off about some of the things I see written, when I've seen what the Boss went through.

This season is not over by a long way, much to play for and a whole lot of supporting to do! ;)

The Daily Fail (to publish anything worth reading).

Lest we forget, this is the paper that let Manc pondlife Steve Curry go on a crusade to get Carragher arrested after refusing the Arsenal fans tip at Highbury (coin throwing that is).

Oh and welcome ali...   :wave
Come here for the VDV antidote.

(once more, that's VDV before anyone thinks it's a typo)
Football is a simple game based on the giving and taking of passes, of controlling the ball and of making yourself available to receive a pass. It is terribly simple - Bill Shankly.

I actually despise it even more than the s*n, even though some may feel its sacrilege to say that. It's not just because of its football and politics, though.
