Just wondered if the ignore feature was working or is just temperamental?

I added a user and it seemed to work for a while (I think?!) but doesn't seem to be working anymore...

I only have one person on my ignore list and I can't see his posts.

Go to your profile. On the left hand side under modify profile is a buddy/ignore list

in a normal world i would agree with you Pheeny.

But say you have somebody targeting your posts after a previously heated discussion then comes out with personal comments about you, your life and your work off the boards, there are a couple of things you can do tell them to Foxtrot Oscar which could get you banned in my case this used to happen or put him on ignore so you don't need to see what he writes and then you don't react and they move on to their next target.

Click the REPORT TO MOD and they will act upon it.

It works, trust me :-)

It's nothing at all as serious that requires moderator intervention, I'm just fed up of seeing someone's x hundred daily posts that's all :p

I know what you mean mate as as soon as I see its that person who has posted again, I put my eyes up. Its going to happen on a forum bored mate. Some people can seem, have no lives outside of the interwebs and feel they have to post in every topic. Others can have been members for donkeys years and yet have a few hundred posts. Others mass post in they're breaks at work...others are just massive quilts who even after having a break still have the highest post count, naming no Sarge names

Just scroll past their posts mate.
