Decent 1st half and its great to have the lead. We have given them too many opportunies so we need to tighten up in this respect. We can easily pick them off by pressing their defence just dont give them a sniff

How was that a yellow for Lovren? Got the ball, was a controlled one footed tackle from the front.

We've had a couple of nervy moments but otherwise that was a decent half. Glad Milner takes the pens, always feel confident that he's going to tuck them away, just like Stevie did.

Pressing has been decent.

We've forced them to go back to De Gea and kick long a few times.

Felt like the ref was a bit generous to them after the (completely fair) penalt call.
Not sure how the Lovren challenge was a foul, let alone a yellow

They're dirty c*nts aren't they. That Lovren tackle was not a booking but they were screaming for him to get sent off as if he just broke the guy's leg. Phil Jones is basically just a bulldozer - good for a pen or two next half. Herrera is a shithouse. Oh, and almost forgot about Pogba headlock takedown

Oliver has been in that familiar "I gave one team a penalty, I'll make some compensating decisions in case I was wrong" mood that referees slip in. Free kicks galore for them

Good half, but they have had a few really good chances to score. Mignolet has done well to keep a clean sheet so far. We need to be more alert to the throughballs. We need to get Lallana and Firmino more involved when we attack. We don't need to change much. I expect Mata to come on for them. Probably for Martial.

Not a great game. Both teams nullifying each other which is a good away performance for us. Getting the first goal in these kind of games is massive. We will pick them off on the break in the 2nd half.
