Rawk guide to non Liverpool fansites
« on: June 20, 2006, 02:34:55 pm »
This is a guide to some of our fellow premier league competitors fansites. Some of them have previously helped us with the Spyin Kop match previews. If you want the official site of a premier league team they're listed in the Away Ground Guide.

If any of the sites mentioned below wish to be removed from the list or to have their description altered then please let us know and we'll be happy to do so. Likewise, if you know of a good fansite that isn't listed please tell us and we'll add it to the guide. Finally, if there are any links which don't work let us know and we'll fix them. Eventually...

If you choose to visit their sites please remember you are a guest and behave accordingly.

ArsewebThe oldest of the Arsenal fansites, offers news and stats but no forums.
Arsenal News Review - This is a great site written by two Arsenal supporters. Myles Palmer is an astute observer of football, mainly Arsenal but also on other teams and players/ Ian Grant covers Arsenal in the news. No forum but well worth a visit for Palmer's thoughts.
Goonersweb - Goonersweb is a lively online community for discussion about Arsenal FC, other football news and has sections where users can chat about other topics. Away fans welcomed.

Crystal Palace
CPFC - one of their regular posters seems to be very angry that Palace fans were being tarred with the brush of the other forum, so we've now added this one. I've had a quick look and they look a decent enough bunch.

Everton
ToffeeWeb - Excellent site offering news and comment on all things Evertonian. There's a forum attached to the site but the People's Forum is a busier and funnier alternative.
The People's Forum - Long established Everton supporters forum. Some great banter and easily the pick of the Blue fora.
BlueKipper - Irreverent site with News, comments from Micky Blue Eyes and others and some naughty digs at their superior neighbours. Forgive them, they know not what they do.

Updated to take account of the newly promoted Premier league sides. If there's any Stoke, Hull or Baggies supporters reading who know additional sites worth including please let us know.

Same goes for any teams listed or not, if you know of an addition please let us know.

If you fancy watching (or joining in with) the geordies and mackems exchanging pleasantries like "I hope you die of aids, you c*nt", or "get burnt to death in a car crash you twat" , then the SKUNKERS  board is for you!   ;D

Downside is you have to register to even read it.

Kerrydale Street Celtic fans forum have always been supportive with regards to the JFT96 campaign,
so here is the link to that forum;

http://z7.invisionfree.com/eRefugees/index.php?act=SF&s=&f=1

Saying as we have such strong links with Borussia Monchengladbach maybe we should have a few of their links on this section?

http://forum.borussia.de/

In German, but if you wanted to post something on it, there are translation sites all over, like Babelfish for instance.
"There are places I remember
All my life though some have changed
Some forever not for better
Some have gone and some remain
All these places have their moments
With lovers and friends I still can recall
Some are dead and some are living
In my life I've loved them all"

Here's something I've lifted from another site - might be of use in this thread:

Quote
I've made my first ever website

www.footballforumfinder.co.uk

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=4dm_CpDwwVM

It has been designed to help you find the most popular fans forums, official sites, fanzines and newspapers from all over the UK. It is up to date for the 2008/2009 season.

The page you get should look like this http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m...s/Untitled.jpg if you get a godaddy.com page try again later I'm trying to sort this problem out with my server that some people have.

If the admin don’t mind me putting this here can it be made a sticky as is a useful resource for all fans?

I hope you find it helpful and worth adding to your favourites for future reference

Just clicked on the when skies are grey link as wasn't sure which club it was. My antivirus went crazy and then blocked the page. It also says on their page that they have a virus on the site and to "run away" as they put it.

Maybe the MODS can block access from that link?
I was reading the other day that, apparently, 1 in 5 people are Chinese...and there are 5 people in my family, so, which one is it?

Well, it's not me...so, it’s either my mum......or my dad......or my older brother Colin......or my younger brother Ho-Cha-Chu.   Hmm...it's probably Colin.

I am a regular on RedCafe and while it has it's idiots on there (like any forum) I don't think it's as bad as it's made out to be on here. Yeh, we dish it out to the scousers but don't act like you don't do the same here to Mancs, it's just banter.

Any over the top abuseor crossing the line isn't tolerated and there are a number of very good LFC posters who get on well with everyone.
