New look ticketing website
« on: April 21, 2015, 11:17:01 pm »
Just gone onto my account on the upgraded ticketing website and much of my purchase history appears to have been wiped off.

Anyone else had this problem?

Homes look ok now, trying to filter for aways and it trips back to the home games. Hopefully just a glitch

Wonder if they put in a feature so that you can't buy away child tickets without an adult? Wouldn't surprise me if they had.

There is a "Change Seats" and "Transfer Tickets" option now on the "My Account" section ..

Bet we don't use them however

All looks a bit large font and weird, guess I'll get used to it. Nice picture of Emre to welcome me to the page too. :P

There used to be a link on the home page that took you through to the ticketing page on the official didn't there? Can't find it now, not a major issue but was handy if you needed to check the dates of sales for different credits.

They are losing a shed load of seats due to the main stand build next season, that will account for chunk of this.

They've already said no effect on capacity during construction

They've reduced the members tickets to 8,500 to get more corporate day trippers in

AFAIK they will not lose a single seat during the main stand extension work.

Members tickets are dropping for 10,000 to 8,500 next season, which they say is due to the ground work according to a poster in the membership thread.

Read that, but when they announced the expansion, they were pretty categoric in saying that capacity wouldn't be affected by expansion. Now miraculously there's 1500 members tickets reduced

My guess that this is still the case and they're using it as an excuse for increase for 'other super fans' - Purely my guess

Just me guessing on the super fan bit - But unless I'm going mad, I'm all but certain that they said capacity wouldn't be affected - But happy to be proven wrong

Might be the scramble of 100,000 members trying to cancel their membership
We’ll still finish in top four - and they won’t. You can quote me on this in May.

Hope its that ;)

Doesn't bode well if the new site is slow with no load, imagine what bulk sales week will be like...
