Our Club, Our Shirt
« on: July 3, 2010, 01:10:45 pm »
By request, here's a message from Jonny J about the alternative kit and how to order it. The details are already buried in the thread ;)

Jonny J says:

"Oh - hi there
What are you doing in here??
What shirt?

Oh yeah, right that shirt - oh yeah right, I'd forgotten all about it to be honest - loads on y'know...

Ladies & Gents, Lads and Lasses - thank you for your patience, your support and from a fair few of you - your love.

Here it is, the most eagerly anticipated announcement on here since the signing of Sabu Pundit (he's done all of the script for the website) so get yourselves over there to have a look and get yer orders in.

Where? Oh yeah, right again.

Before you go, I want to ensure the right people get credited here, so in no particular order, but in massive recognition of massive work here we go, lay down and let them walk on you:

Royhendo, Kitster, Blert, Jason, Guigy, Shanklyboy, Koplass, J_Mc and Fat Scouser for the kick up the arse to get summat done - THANK YOU ALL.  :wave :thumbup

There's probably loads more - sorry

There is one more - VIGA - without them we' wouldnt be here and without some really decent efforts from them over the last few days we wouldnty have been able to get the kids shirts down to £15. Well in to them.

Right - get on it you lot:

www.viga.co.uk/lsu  ;D

Lets crash this!!!"

Jonny J has excelled himself in getting this project off the ground, it's a fantastic effort and a huge personal commitment for him, as well as a huge statement of intent from the fans of the club. Thanks to him and the many RAWKites who made it happen.

The people in charge are demonstrably incapable of looking after Liverpool Football Club, and the fans will not rest until they have been driven out of Anfield. Hicks, Gillette, Broughton & Purslow - everytime you see this shirt (and you'll see it a lot) it will remind you how much we despise you and the mess that you have created. Go, and go now.

And thanks in advance to all Reds for getting onto the VIGA website and ordering your shirts! ;D

Subject: Our Shirt

- Out of the R£D, into the BLACK.

Hi there,

I've pre ordered my LFC debt protest shirt.

I'd like to know if the material and quality matches that of an official shirt, and also when I'm likely to receive it.

Many thanks,

Dave.

==============================

Hi Dave,

We supplied Millwall and Dundee last year and the shirt will be of the same quality. We are expecting delivery the first week of August and will email all confirmed orders and allow 7 days for payment to be processed through sagepay and then despatch the shirts.

Regards,

Owen

First off I just want to say a big thank you to everyone that was involved with this, it obviously took a lot of time and commitment. It looks fantastic and its a great way to make our feelings known visually but discreetly at the same time.

Ordered mine a couple of days ago and looking forward to August!

Delighted to have ordered a shirt today.
Am doing my bit up in Edinburgh trying to explain the problems at our club to guys that 'support' LFC.
Seem to be getting there.
Well done to all those that put in the hard work to make these shirts possible....you've done yourselves proud.

Ordered mine yesterday and have passed on the link to fellow reds and the supporters club I am a member of in Belfast. Looks a nice shirt and I will wear it with the respect it deserves.

Can relate to you on that! Most of the people round my way have no clue what's going on with LFC, really looking forward to raising a few eyebrows, already expecting having to educate people in the pub after they remark "Standards Corrupted? That ay the proper sponsor is it? I dow get it." *said in local accent* lmao

Anyone any idea when they'll be available for pre-order again? Brilliant to see that there's a lot of demand for the shirt though, would be amazing to see loads of these at Anfield on August 15th!
