Looks like Ludogorets could actually be played in Bulgaria. That would bring a small allocation I'd believe.

Ludogoretz will play their home matches in the group stage of the Champions League at the National Stadium "Vasil Levski" and not in Macedonia and Romania as information emerged.
The news was officially announced by the CEO of Angel Ludogoretz Petrichev.
As is known, the stadium "Vasil Levski" does not fully meet the requirements of UEFA, but Petrichev announced that needed cosmetic improvements that will surely be made so "Eagles" will play in Sofia.
"There are recommendations by UEFA that we will deliver. No chance the national stadium "Vasil Levski" not entitled to accept matches of the group stage of the Champions League. Remarks will not be such a big problem, "told" Darik "Angel Petrichev.
Meanwhile, the Bulgarian Football Union formally greeted Ludogoretz breakthrough in the Champions League.
"BFU congratulates PFC Ludogorets Razgrad a dramatic victory over FC Steaua Bucharest and ranking in the group stage of the Champions League."
"With its excellent performance in recent years Ludogoretz raised the prestige of the home football and contributed to its establishment on the European stage."
"We hope that the successful performance of the team will continue the next phase of the tournament and will bring much joy to football fans in the country," says the greeting of the BFU.

I went there with England in 2010. Quite like the city, it's also dead close to France and Germany so you can visit three countries just by crossing a river. The stadium is nice too and the city is easy to get around on the tram. We got free travel on it with a match ticket (I think) so that was decent. Saying that apparently they never check tickets so it probably didn't matter either way.

The police outside the ground were quite heavy-handed but I think that was more to do with it being England - with Liverpool it should be fine. Also don't do what me and my mate did and bring Swiss plugs only to realise your hotel is in France!

Levski put on a great show for us in 2004. They had 35k.  We had 2k. First time I ever heard ROF.
