I was looking forward to ripping into the hypocritical, arrogant little prick but come on, that is not a headbutt. If someone did that to me I'd feel more embarrassed for them than intimidated.

It might not technically be a "headbutt" but if you did that in an office environment, what would you expect the end result to be? You'd be fired for gross misconduct(and possibly arrested). Doesn't matter how effective the result was, the intent shows someone who is unable to control themselves and a danger to others.

Just because there was no blood, doesn't mean it's acceptable in any environment.

A player would most probably get a straight red for that (violent conduct), even though it was a shove (or the worst headbutt in history).

Surely as a manager he should be setting a standard? That is why I reckon the FA will come down hard. But then touchline bans are pretty meaningless as you just pass messages on via an assistant

Hehe, I suspect you're right but some sales environments (esp. merchant banks) might well encourage that/see that happen in the pub/night club after a big deal is signed. Shirts off might be the least of it...

I think trying to "push someone away with your head" is a universal no no anywhere. Hands are much better
