I was expecting some hardcore skin head type head butt, breaking the players nose, blood pouring out, with saliva dripping down Pardew's face as he looked over the player and then kicked him in the face.

The fact of the matter is Meyler shouldn't have touched Pardew. You do not, as a player, push the opposition team manager. Frankly I think thats a red straight up. Pardew, who is a massive twat as we all know, broke etiquette equally as bad. Shouldn't be doing that as a manager but take that fact out of it and he really didn't much in the grand scheme of things.

I watched MOTD last night expecting a full blown butt to the face only it was nothing more than what could be described as a Headnod.

Overreaction at its finest to the 'headbutt' but a manager really shouldn't be getting in a players face, especially as he didn't even do fuck all in the first place.
