Brydons half arsed Pachino impressions really make me laugh "WHADDDAYAGOT??... I WANT A PHOTO EXCLUSIVE OF KATY PRICE HAVIN' A  BOTOX!"  ;D
His Steven Gerrard was a bit rubbish as well  :)

Goddammit if I don't miss it every Monday without fail. Fucksticks!
I trust the King, but if we lose a few more on the trot now - he may have to step aside, and we have to purchase another manager in the middle of the season. If we are relegated, this could be the end of our ambitions to win any title the next 100 years.

Ditto.
It's true to say that if Shankly had told us to invade Poland we'd be queuing up 10 deep all the way from Anfield to the Pier Head.

They really upped the awkwardness tonight, Brydon's Tom Jones bit at the end was horrible to watch, in a good way!

Loved Coogan's dream at the start :D

Can't wait for this tomorrow. Coogan is playing a blinder taking the piss out of himself, some of it has been pretty close to the bone. The "Aha!" and attempted 'little man in a box' were gut wrenching and hilarious at the same time.

Apparently Winterbottom is editing this down for a film - does anyone know when that is supposed to be out? Probably could just google that but now I can't be arsed pressing backspace. Lazy.

"The six episode series which is part improvised was first broadcast on Monday nights at 10:00pm on BBC Two starting on 1 November 2010. Also the series was edited into a feature film which premiered at the Toronto International Film festival in September 2010 and is set for release in the US by IFC Films in 2011."

I normally get 'oh that's the one where they do the impressions the whole time'. Shame as they over do that aspect a bit, which seems to put people off - but its still a great show.

They're doing the british tourist board a great deal.
The scenery is just epic.

Very enjoyable series, easily a tv highlight of the year.

Will be nice to watch it all in one go as a movie as purported.

There's no limit to what and where this could go, which is what so great about it.

The scenery is absolutely stunning.  I'd love them to do a tour through Wales.

Along with Mad Men this is easily my favourite programme on tv at the mo, Coogan never seems to disappoint, he really is one of Britain's finest comedy writers/actors, from Paul/Pauline Calf through to Partridge and the underrated Tony Ferrino, the superb Coogan's Bluff and Tommy Saxondale he has left a truly remarkable body of work, The Trip is another gem to add to the list, funny yet poignant too, it's been a highlight of british television this year.

Oh and his Woody Allen is absolutely top notch.

It's also the best thing Brydon's done since his brilliant breakthrough Marion and Geoff.

the superb Coogan's Bluff
I think that was Clint Eastwood.

Tony Ferrino was cack. There was something annoying about Saxondale. Dr Terrible was good though.

One of the best things on TV at the moment along with Gallows law and Accused.

Loved the bit when Brydon just wanted to just look at the scenery and Coogan kept going on about how it was made and then Coogan made his way to the top and was just stood looking at the breathtaking scenery and that rambler turned up and was worse than him.

And Coogan trying to do small man in a box.
