That is the main problem, its a corporate logo not a club badge/logo. As bold/brave as it is it has zero nods to their heritage or history. Then you can start up on the design/typographic faults.

These companies that help redesign/rebrand are just openly taking piss these days aren't they? They probably had a work experience kid scribble that out 15 minutes after they hung up the phone the first time they got in touch. Sat on it for months, did fuck all actual research, pretended that they worked incredibly hard on it and then charged them hundreds of thousands of euros plus expenses.

I quite like it. Football logos don't have to have scrolls, Latin mottos, leaping animals or any other 19th century crap.

This is bold, simple and retains the stripe branding.

I accept that the logo is bold and simple. Just don't know if the logo is fit for a football club. It looks more like a logo of a luxury jewel store.

Terrible, not even as a logo for anything else is it good, any of you design gurus can give the old "wow simple and bold" bollocks but it is just that and not in a positive way, it's a J in a shite font, with a black line through it to show the clubs stripes.

It meant nothing, it's a letter, that's not bold and innovative, it is lazy and thoughtless!
