Just called the ticket office and they have no idea of the details/allocation, as they have heard absolutely nothing from Augsburg. I said well why doesn't someone at the TO improvise, and call them to ensure we don't have another Bordeaux eque situation, where all tickets had to be sent special delivery. They have sold their allocation for the home ends, which means they know how many are left over. Hardly fucking rocket science this is it...

If the police knew the allocation weeks ago, the club surely must have an idea....

i watched the chelsea game at my sisters. her 12 year old son is severly autistic and i forgot myself and jumped up screaming at the goal and he went nuts. screaming and shouting. scared the fuck out of me. apologised to my sister as i thought id upset him, turns out he was joining in.

Did Bilbao sell out their allocation?

Did Bilbao sell out their allocation?

Not sure, but they were perfectly transparent with their allocation

They received 1760 tickets - 168 were used for club commitments and left 1592 for supporters

At least it stops credit hunters for this one.
does it though? says you can give the ticket to someone else still just have to do it at the selling point now

It'll stop a few cause some people just wont be arsed with the hassle of writing that letter etc.

Looks like one person can only pick up one ticket as well, so you can't pick up your set of tickets in one go

Only got Bordeaux from this season. Praying there will be a dramatically lower take up because of the collection, otherwise I won't get one.

Ye, probably did Andy to be honest. I know a lad in the ticket office that goes everywhere, home and away and I spoke with him.. He said that he hasn't heard anything. Yet low and behold, details have been released only a couple of hours after speaking to him. What a fucking shite allocation as well.

Mad, they should say that they don't get it and then those that have already booked etc and are on 1 or 2 can get their credits up.

I went to Kazan on someone else's card proved I went and the other lad still got the credit. I got nothing! So he was guaranteed Sion. LFC just said tickets are non transferable. Luckily he gave me the Sion ticket.

That's not the point of this though. The point of this is if you buy the ticket whether for yourself or someone else it MUST be used. Whereas previously people could just buy a ticket and not have to turn up or even bother selling it. Bestikas last year is a prime example of this, 4000 sold...500 at most turn up. Nowm if you/someone else don't collect the ticket...you don't get the credit. That's the big difference.

I wonder what time the collection is. We only get in Augsburg about 6.15/6.30pm day of the game.

'To ensure we can issue you a ticket at the ticket collection point in Augsburg, your name how it appears on your passport must be provided by the supporter making the booking.

There will be an opportunity for them to provide this information during the transaction.

We will not be able to make any changes to the booking once the purchase is complete.'

So when the person orders the tickets they provide the name of the person who will be using the ticket? How does that work, not even pretending that its someone who now can't make it and has a spare. Joke.

So if what I read somewhere is true and the Augsburg away section is a fixed amount, then LFC have kept 568 tickets for Corporate.

Bilbao got 1760 then had club commitments of 168 leaving 1592

Liverpool rather conveniently get 1192. So got to ask if it is fixed and allocation is 1760 there's only one place the rest have gone.

Those of you going enjoy yourselves and the ones hoping for spares hope the ones with the credits fill in the forms right for you all

They should should have announced this when the draw was made, loads have booked with little or no credits and may now be fucked, the club don't give a shit, covering their own backs with this smoke and mirrors collection lark because they have taken 30% of tickets for themselves, then conveniently blame it on credit hunting when they still allow people to buy and 'legally' sell their ticket on !!!

Don't know why they don't just do completely non transferable. This would go down to 1 or 2 and basically any allocation of 1500+ would go on general sale.

Augsburg capacity will be reduced as part of it is standing I think. Bilbao may have got more as there was less demand from home fans. It's still shit, and it wouldn't surprise me if the club have creamed some off, but doubt they would cream that many for this. Also the full premiership allocation is announced and then some creamed off out of that. So not entirely sure the allocation advertised by LFC has been altered.

This seems to be a pretty popular one, first German away since Leverkusen 2005, so going to be a few watching in bars I think.

It's annoying this, there was no scramble for tickets when 400 of us went to Hell (Galatasaray away) and you knew eveyone over there, Bucharest when it absolutely lashed it down and there was no shelter in the ground and other European aways when we took small allocations years ago and it was the same faces. These tickets going to corporates are a disgrace.

Exactly you stop credit hunting by making them non transferable end of story.

Why be shocked that LFC totally miss the point again.
