Liverpool FC have made the following ticket announcement regarding the Europa League away fixture against Rubin Kazan on Thursday November 5.

The club is expecting to receive an allocation of 2,451 tickets for this match and full selling details will be announced once tickets are received.

Following on from the recent communication regarding visa requirements for travelling to Russia, the qualifying criteria required for this fixture have been confirmed ahead of the sale.

Tickets will initially be available to qualifying hospitality members, season ticket holders, members and fan card holders in the following order.

- All supporters who recorded the Bordeaux away fixture on September 17, 2015
- All supporters who recorded three European away fixtures** in the 2014-15 season

Supporters purchasing during the above sales are guaranteed a ticket.

Should tickets remain, sales will take place strictly in the following order and subject to availability.

All supporters who recorded two European away fixtures** in the 2014-15 season 
All supporters who recorded one European away fixture** in the 2014-15 season
As the number of qualifying applicants exceeds the number of available tickets, we cannot guarantee that all who apply will be successful in securing a ticket. Those supporters who are unsuccessful are urged not to travel.

If tickets remain following the above sales, a further announcement will be made here.

**FC Basel on October 1, 2014; Real Madrid on November 4, 2014; Ludogorets Razgrad on November 26, 2014; Beşiktaş on February 26, 2015.

For their Bordeaux match the most expensive ticket is about £17.50. Most are under £10.

EDIT: Looks like the curve they have given Bordeaux is 1000 rubles. About £10.

For games like this, they should set up something where you apply for the visa and get a guaranteed ticket regardless of credits.

Nobody's going to pay £40-£50 for a Visa simply to get the credit, if they already have any credits from the last couple of seasons.   

How many are likely to actually go to Russia? A couple of hundred?

Not yet. For Bordeaux I got an email from Royal Mail saying that a special delivery item from LFC was on the way - haven't got one for this game yet.

Deffo can't have sold out, rang club today and they said they would announce a members only sale this afternoon or in the morning.

IMPORTANT: Visitor’s Section Update

LFC visitor tickets were originally allocated in Sector 133 within the North Stand. However, Rubin Kazan have advised that the visiting section has now been relocated to Sector 229, also within the North Stand. Supporters should still use their allocated ticket to enter at Turnstile D, but then proceed to Sector 229 by following the red arrow route as shown on this map.
 
Supporters are also reminded that before they travel, to take either Euros or US Dollars and get them exchanged into Roubles either at the airport in Kazan (on arrival) or a hotel reception in Kazan. ATM’s in Kazan will dispense Roubles only and payment for food, beverages and taxi’s for example will need to be made in Roubles.

They didn't refund me the 'special delivery' charge on the previous two occasions either as they brought them over to a hotel for me. On Friday afternoon they rang me saying they didn't think there was enough time to post to Ireland, baffling when I bought thye ticket the previous Friday.

Liverpool FC have released the following information to supporters attending the Europa League fixture against Rubin Kazan on Thursday November 5.

Fans who have travelled to the game will be required to submit their proof of travel as previously announced here no later than 3pm on Saturday November 14.

Which travel documents must I provide?

Supporters need to provide BOTH their travel visa and boarding pass as proof of travel to the Kazan away fixture.

How do I provide my travel documents?

In person at the Ticket Office, Anfield
Supporters must provide the following when applying:

Name of supporter completing the application.
For each supporter within the application:
Season Ticket/Membership/Fan Card number
Name and address registered to each Season Ticket/Membership/Fan Card
Contact daytime telephone number
Contact email address
**Travel visa
**Boarding pass stub or online boarding pass
Supporters who purchased a Kazan away ticket using somebody else’s Season Ticket/Membership/Fan Card number should also provide their details along with the corresponding Season Ticket/Membership/Fan Card number used to purchase the ticket.

**Original documents are required for personal applications at the Ticket Office.

**Copies of visas and boarding passes are acceptable for email applications only. Any copies must be legible and the club reserve the right to carry out additional checks or request original documents.

Incomplete applications will not be approved and returned to the applicant.

Supporters whose applications are approved will see the following added to their purchase history by 5pm Wednesday November 18:

‘Kazan Visa Approved’
‘Kazan Proof of Travel Approved’
To view your purchase history, please log in to My Account to check if your application has been approved.

Any supporter that does not provide their proof of travel or has their application rejected will have their Rubin Kazan ticket purchase removed from their purchase history as previously advised.
