I was watching the replay of the Groningen - Heerenveen game last night. I was curious to see how is Texeira doing, but I was actually more impressed with Tadic on the Groningen team. By the way, Bas Dost is a beast. He could do well in the Premier League.

Tadic is absolutely fantastic.

Said that in the opening post.

Tadic is probably one of the best in the league.

He was my first choice midfielder for the summer  ;D. Now him and Lucas would be quality for years to come, and would sort our central midfield two out for a long time. However, it makes too much sense so we won't even attempt to get him.

The thing is we could probably get Xhaka without any net spend... if we sold Adam

Wave length - we're on the same.

Probably...It was rumoured he was to move for 6.8 million but DutchRed dismissed it.

Just shows you though, It wouldn't require a huge net spend to significantly improve us if our scouts did their jobs

Hows Strootman doing? anyone watch PSV on a regular basis?
Started fantastic, was worser in the second part of the season but still works incredibly hard. He himself is rarely happy with the way he played. He demands very much from himself and has the potential to become a real leader. Needs to stay in the Eredivisie a little longer and he can learn a lot from v. Bommel next year.

Probably Groningen would let him leave for that price, but their chairman denied a bid from Twente.

That's what you need in a player who wants to become one of the best. Like I said I'd prefer Xhaka but I wouldn't mind this guy

I heard that MVB will only go there if he knows who the trainer is next season.

I think if Mark did would be a great thing for PSV.

Seriously now I know 3-4 utch players right now who would improve our squad.

Seems that Vertengohen is wanting a move to Arsenal mind but I wouldn't mind Toby Alderwield.

Not for me that, they'd be our 4th choice CB. Priorities lay elsewhere.

He will return, believe me. He said he didn't want to return if PSV choiced v. Gaal, but PSV choiced for van Bommel. It's a done deal. His family wants to return and they recently bought a home in Meerssen. Their kids will go to the "Middelbare School", that's an important reason.

Personal preference.

He's Feyenoord's Sterling, their fans are SCREAMING to see him in the team. They got what they wanted at Twente, he made his first start and they won 2-0, resulting in him getting MotM in my paper, though I didn't see that game. He was also a star figure for the Netherlands -17 team at the Euros last summer. Netherlands won the tournament, and Tonny finished with the golden boot after netting a brace in the final. Impressive, especially when bearing in mind he's a midfielder.

We should do what Chelsea did with Alex. Buy him(won't be hard as they're in deep financial sh*t), then let him play at Feyenoord for three, four more years until he's ready to come to Liverpool.

It's just sex and violence, melody and silence.

Do you think he has the ability to become a world class player? or just a very good one?

Hard to tell, any half-decent player looks a world-beater in the Eredivisie. Don't think he'll end up a first teamer at Barcelona's kind of level to be honest, but more like a Valencia one.

Shame we didn't make the effort to get him, 7.7m euros would have been a risk worth taking.

Tubantia is not really a trusthworthy paper. They have been emberassed twice already with their multiple claims that Guidetti and Yaya Coelho have signed for Twente.

Best to wait for now, but it does look like they will sign him. Tadic is great, but has been less as good this season just like the rest of their team really. I think Twente are anticipating the leaving of Chadli. If Liverpool should go for a winger from Holland then Chadli is probably a better investment than Tadic. Chadli is younger too.

Ola John is a brilliant player in fairness, like Babel except he's not a nutcase. Said it for years he's destined for greatness, would be mad to give up guaranteed football at this stage in his career though.
