I think row 31 isn't too bad but if everyone's standing then you'll have to hope we don't win too many corners.

Well if row 31 is a worry then 32 will be even worse :( my fiance is not exatly on the tall side either, sucks for her then!

I can't remember what the last row at the back of the Lower Annie is but I've sat there and you can't see anything above the crossbar at the other end of the pitch when you're stood up.

To be honest, there aer a few seat in most of the stands where you can't see the corner kicks if everyone stands up :(  Row 32 is pretty near the back of the lower Anfield Road, I have a suspicion that Row 36 is at the back and they sell row 35 & 36 as restricted view (could be wrong).  Someone will be along soon who knows for sure though.  Have fun at the game
Rossiter absolutely bossed it tonight. Really believe he'll end up playing more games this season than Lucas.

Henderson won't make it here. Sorry but he won't and won't

So i've asked in another thread about this but just thought I would get more opinions as some said it was an ok view others said it was crap! Im in Main Stand, Block MX, Row 12, Seat 317-318 for Stoke - anyone been anywhere around that? Seen the 3D image and there is a Pillar so hope were just past that...

I found a youtube video from row 29 seat 313 so just imagine yourself 15 rows down.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTSGmUCcySc

You will be fine mate, the posts are in front of block MX (i think)
Here are a couple of more piccies http://propaganda.photoshelter.com/search/search?I_DSC=Anfield+mx&I_DSC_AND=t&I_CITY=&I_STATE=&I_COUNTRY_ISO=&I_IS_RELEASED=&I_IS_PRELEASED=&I_ORIENTATION=&_CB_I_PR=t&_CB_I_PU=t&_CB_I_RF=t&_CB_I_RM=t&I_SORT=RANK&_ACT=search&F_REFINE=t

It would have said restricted view anyway if it was a problem, i was on row 9 on block MW, opposite end to MX and you dont really notice the posts once the game starts.

Just noticed your other post, we were on row 31 block 125 for the swansea game and the view was ok, you may just struggle at times to see the corner flags at the annie road.
33,34 and 35 maybe the rows where you would struggle when everyone stands up, we had a look from the back row (35) and when sat in the seats it was ok, but when stood up the roof was in line with the goal line at the kop end.

Could only get tickets tickets for Arsenal and Spurs in the main stand block MW, it didn't say restricted view but does anyone know what the view is like?

Which block is behind the goal, 124 or 125 please?

On the 3D seating plan it says 124:

 http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/tickets/anfield-seating-plan

but on the 2D seating plan itlooks like it is shared between 124 & 5

http://assets.liverpoolfc.tv/uploads/assets/anfield_stadium_plan_large.jpg

Any seat in the lower Anfield road is fine, as long as you are not on the back rows. If you stand up, you get a "letter box" type view, and can't see the Kop goal (depending how tall you are).

I've been in MW all but one game this season so far, the view is alright- there is a pillar that restricts the view a little bit but honestly, it won't spoil the game for you

Never been that far back before but this photo http://propaganda.photoshelter.com/image?&_bqG=0&_bqH=eJxNjssKgzAQRf_GTTdaoRQhizRJIVSTkkSqboJtFS0.UPugf99EpO1iZs4dmHun2AxJdW7GSQ0PH75vUXbys63Mn60brAPPdW2ZTjWWCMCurIvmumpfzrzQkGFwN4yoSoGZUkFFLCAeMyVSTSW3kkotSEigJHiRx3_NBSXMnFLOZhcuFBCQHQzHkghNMYjtG4lUfYi9uux6R6OdpsbG5C8Yf1HsfxhZhEiBqcjHS_UBg.xJFA--&GI_ID=
Is about row 13 - 14 in the mid 30`seating
As long as it did not say restricted view then the post will not be in the way of the goals and the overall view will be good.

But what are the back rows. I've got tickets in row 32. Is there already the "letter box" view when I'm standing?

You should be ok on row 32, rows 34 and 35 are the restricted ones at the back.
Row 31 was ok for me for the Swansea game.

I was row 19 for the Mancs this season, it was fine. Had a lovely view of Evra rolling round on the byline ;)

Row 32 seat 164 is to the left of the goal, roughly between the penalty area and the corner flag.
It is almost at the back, maybe a row or 2 behind. Never sat there as my seat in row 27, but I'd imagine
it's fine if you're sitting, but not so good if standing. As Road end only stands occasionally, you will be ok.
Every view is better than what we had in the standing Kop, I barely saw the Kop goal in 10 years of standing on it.
So don't worry fella.

Lots of people slag off the Annie Road atmosphere, but there are times when it is better than the Kop.
There will be a decent atmosphere for Chelsea, as with most of the "bigger games". So far this season, Sunderland
was ok, Bolton quite good, Mancs was below=par, Norwich and Swansea woeful. The same could be said for the Kop.

AL/126/33 for the Mancs Game, view was fine but any further back as many have said letter box view.

Agree with Road End Sikh about atmosphere, loads moan about Anny Road atmosphere, but any games I been to this season it has been poor everywhere..

Swansea match last week was odd... heard Liverpoooolllll, Liverrrrrrpooolll about 2-3 times... maybe a chant of Dalglish, Dalglish... once or twice... other than that all i heard was Swansea fans sing for a full 90mins +  and I was sitting in AL/126 for the Swansea game.

This is the view for row 32, seat 164. How much did you pay for it?

I'll be in 31 on Sunday. I'm guessing I won't see much of the Kop, but will I get to see the whole goal at the Kop end at least?

I have no idea why row 1, block 125 would be considered a restricted view other than maybe:

If row 1 is on the flat, and maybe you have say, a disabled/wheelchair fan in front of you, or that row 1 is so low, that the advertising boards block out the first say ten-twenty  feet of the nearest part of the pitch etc. Or as stated, because you are right behind the goal and posts.

never sat in row 1 myself, so I'm only assuming, and can't give you a definitive answer.

125 should be a sweet block to watch the match from, but being so low, the view of the other half of the pitch at the Kop end won't be much good.

Point of note: if it's a sunny day, and your in the Anny road, you might want to think about taking a cap or a pair of shades, as the sun can sometimes be right in your face.

If you look at the view from 125, theres no reason why there should be a restricted view.

Yeah have had a look and can only think it's because row 1 is quite low so will be difficult to see what's going on at the Kop end. The Fulham game is right before Christmas so hopefully won't be too sunny! Never really fancied the Anfield Road end but I'll give it a go this once! Thanks for your help!  :)

My mrs managed to get two tickets for tomorrow's game against Fulham...the tickets are for block 123..wondered what the view was like? More importantly is this just home fans for this game..heard Fulham failed to sell all the tickets so the block went back up for sale for home fans?? Can anyone confirm this? Thanks
