Disjointed performance from us so far, I still doubt Sunderland's ability to keep us out for the whole game

were going to win this 2-0

Hope so much that Coutinho's injury isn't serious. Not just for us, but for him also - he's been brilliant recently and I'd hate to see injury get in the way of him fully realising his potential.

Hope we can find a way through, but it looks like someone will need to pull something special out of the bag. Shame we don't have Sturridge today, he'd relish this chance.

Mane needs to find his best form again. Fail to score here and questions will be asked of an 'out and out' goalscorer while City have Aguero and Chelsea have Costa i'm afraid

good thing is, we haven't performed anywhere near our best so we should improve in the next 45, get young Ben on asap

We'll get our chances as Sunderland tire. Just need to take one or two and we'll get through this.

2nd half has to be better. Not good so  far

the one thing consoling me is that Klopp will have them in the dressing room for that first half.

When they've got seven in a line in defence with the three midfielders practically standing on the centrebacks toes the passing needs to be quick and accurate. It's neither at the minute, a split second too slow and a few inches off. No reason that can't change. A few aimless diagonal balls as well. Klopp was running down the tunnel so he clearly wants them in and has something to say.

Keeping the faith here.

At least Lallana should be back soon, which should help us greatly.

Teams have got the measure of us,I fear.

Because we're drawing 0-0 against Sunderland? I doubt it.

Same pattern of play all to often played by us for the past 20 odd years or so. Huff and puff but not invention, no creativity and no imagination.

This is why we aren't good enough to win the title.

Christ, so many on here are way too cowardly for a title race. You'd think we'd just lost not 0-0 at half time! So many scumbags who started following this team on May 25th 2005 dont deserve this squad.

Boring Boring Man United... what? They're Sunderland? Oh well, same old boring shite football.

In any case, FFS. I hope Coutinho's injury isn't as serious as it looked - we'll definitely miss him. Sadly, a lot of our players haven't been playing up to their standards today (esp. Mané). Then again, I think Sunderland will tire during the second half, they spent a lot of energy trying to contain us and won't be able to maintain that level... or at least I hope so.

Let's twat these twats during the second half, reds!

Not watching but it sounds like a game from either first or third of Rodger's seasons. Can't deal with dropped points on top of a Coutinho injury, hoping for a better second half.

Moyes was never gonna set his team up to play anything remotely resembling football
I never understand this sentiment. They are playing football - they're aiming for the best result they can, and they're doing a decent job of it so far. It doesn't have to be their job to come and attack us. That's our job - it's up to us to score goals against whoever, not up to whoever to let us have chances.

Emre Can and Henderson, The way they play sometimes, you'd think we are up 4-0 and they respect the opponent so they kick the ball back to our half. Henderson actually stopped our attack twice by waiting too long.

Decent shout that, actually. I hadn't thought of putting Milner into CM, that's how used I've grown to him as a LB, which is a compliment to his performance there, to be fair.

Frustrated by another bus, plus an injury to Coutinho... :butt

Doubt many teams aren't going to park the bus against us for the rest of the season, after seeing how successful that anti-football shite is against us.

.. of course, having Lallana, Sturridge, & now Coutinho out doesn't help. Of all the players we deffo wouldn't have wanted injured, those three are at the top.

Too much of a good thing, etc.

Oh, & commentator's quote of the day goes to the guy on my stream saying Matip is bad in possession ::)

Another shite team who aren't interested in playing football.

This. So very much this. Now, I know, that's the only plan an 'inferior' team can employ and hope to get something from the game - and I'm just frustrated since it's against us.

But fuck me sideways in a bucket. I'm fecking fed up with this pansy-ass, coward-approach to the game. Fuck the fuck off and man up and, at least, have a go once or twice! Arsewipes!

Hope the lads come out and annihilate them.
