Lonsdale Number is 01332 378440. You have to be a travel club member and the price does not include the ticket, which should be around £30.

I used Lonsdales to fly to Barca, and booked before I joined the travel club. LFC then issued a card on the basis of the booking, even though the list was "closed".

They may not be so keen this time around but it may be worth a try if you are not a member...

Did you not fancy the overnighter Michael??
Football is a simple game based on the giving and taking of passes, of controlling the ball and of making yourself available to receive a pass. It is terribly simple - Bill Shankly.

Have been on the website and there's no details available yet.

£209 is a bit steep for a flight to Germany, but if that's what it costs then so be it.

See you all there ;) ;)

Ive booked the £209 day trip too, as yet there are no prices on the "one-nighter".

It may be a little bit more expensive than going independantly but you ARE guarenteed a ticket and have seemed pretty good when ive used them (apart from fucking up our tickets a bit last week but they got it right in the end).

Plus everyone who uses them is an honourary "Nigel & Justin" - great!!

Oh and don't bother with the website - its more of a corporate thing than anything and has never had details of the footy deals!!

If that is a dig it is unjustified; 1000's of genuine fans use Lonsdales to go to away games...anyhow the match ticket is guaranteed, and the price is added to the £209. You also need travel insurance. The capacity of their stadium means that touts will command a premium for "spares". Only those with a good record of away travel who are familiar with the ways of the ticket office will manage to get independent tickets for this game.

If you want to go to the game they look like the safest bet to get a ticket...now, where is my commission cheque?!? ;D

Just rang Lonsdales who say they only have 20 or so places left for both the day trip and overnight stop.

btw the stopover is on the night of the match and is £285 plus price of match ticket. Bloody hell thats steep for a quick hop across the channel!

Well I have my fingers crossed that Lufthansa will let me use my British Midland flights for a "free" flight to Duesseldorf. I'm not holding my breath as I reckon the outgoing one will be jammed with full-paying chappies.

Anyway, then there'll be the fun and games for tickets
