Carra making the point that Klopp is potentially a much more popular figure than Houllier or Benitez. Both Liverpool legends but not really held by other fans in anywhere near the same esteem.
In terms of inspiring a new generation of Liverpool fans, both inside the city and out, Klopp could be huge for us if he has the sort of success that those two had (even if he doesn't quite reach those same heights perhaps). Not that they didn't inspire anyone, but all of us are familiar with his personality before he's even got here so I think Carra's right in saying that it's a big boon for English football having him here.
