You are correct in what you say, but then again, half a dozen teenagers out of a crowd of about 4000 travelling fans puts in in perspective.  Part of me says we shouldn't give these dickheads the time of day or publicity.  If it was a few hundred in the ground singing it, it would be a different matter.

Sizeably more than half a dozen.

It's not a couple hundred admitedly but it's well over 50.

Those lads can sing whatever they want about wools i`ll respect it. If i feel picked on i`ll shut up. They have the rights to, they`re locals. Any wools thinking about singing anti Scouse songs needs his head checked and possibly kicked in.

Our support is so ace away from home that it'd have been exactly the same if we we're 4-0 down...

 ;)

Did sound good on football first though. Have only done a couple of aways this year and this wasn't one of them. Shame.

blackburn away is ace, what a great game for a first away match.  Massive away support (7,000?), good singing and youll have a chance to say hello to our january signing'

Respect RTK and if you join in the witty chants a la the wigan game all the better
Nicky Campbell: "How do you feel about all of the criticisms that are levelled at the city and at scousers?"

I’m genuinely interested, what was your reaction and where they scouse?

They were oot's like myself (londoner's) but even being an oot is no excuse in my book.

I asked them if they were joking about asking "what's all the fuss about the sun".

They seemed to think some of what they "heard about Hillsborough and Mackensie" had some truth in it.

After counting to 10 i asked for examples to which they replied " We can't really remember it was ages ago"

I then spent a while explaining things to them to which they seemed to take exception to as i was making them miss the game.

It got a little heated and the steward came over and moved them.

Guess you can't educate twats

I know it's easy to get carried away with our win today, but our away support and not just today has been immense.

When you think that before the match today we'd not won an away league game with one goal scored, isn't it heart warming to know that we have support like that?

Absolute massive kudos to everyone of them, and I know that a lot of RAWKites will have been there today and most other aways.

You are the lifeblood of our great club.  :scarf

Thank you, Terry... :wave

In the boozer before the match there was a guy sat on his own reading the filthy rag, just inside the door on the ledge. Hope he was a charlton fan just in the boozer to sample our support.

Was gonna go over and try and educate him, maybe even stick a badge or 2 on his filthy little rag, but got talking to people and then he'd gone.

Also on the train on the way there, a guy was sat with his son reading the rag. Son had a liverpool shirt on so only guess they were reds. He took a look at the sticker on my jacket and quickly folded the rag up and put it under his arm.

To be fair again. We were poor for such a big game, especially with everyone leaving early but against Portsmouth yesterday we were good, even before the first goal we scored. Other matches were good too. Spurs, Hamburg etc

Lack of exposure I suppose, thats why forums like this are so important. In Liverpool people will just know, they are brought up to despise the rag, but someone in the South doesnt have that education. Hopefully a lot of them will be listenimng to NickoH's phone-in tonight. Personally I'd like the extract from Kenny's autobiography to be on the homepage of the official site for a week but I guess that won't happen.
That said, those who manage to go to home games have no excuse as the stickers etc are everywhere, which is great and as it should be.
Sadly, I believe there are those who are aware of the boycott and choose to ignore it (and they are from all over) which is despicable in my eyes.
