Augsburg is a lovely little city, in my experience chock full of vaguely stereotypical beer gardens with huge plates of Spaetzle and sausages. Would be pretty much a perfect Spring away.

Groningen would be decent - do they like or hate Luis though? Wasn't their funny business with his transfer to Ajax?

They don't really like him anymore due to him forcing the move from there to Ajax. Still would be a cracking away for travelling Reds. Nice town, decent supporters, good ground.. Miles better than going to AZ Alkmaar or Vitesse Arnhem I'd say.
It's just sex and violence, melody and silence.

It would but .. Anyone that was stressed about the trouble in Basel and napoli will probaly wanna swirve a trip to that part of Holland, got a good group on the terrace but also well known for trouble outside stadium, friends live in Rotterdam said they clashed with Feyenoord fans in Rotterdam day of Dutch cup final and same with Zwolle fans .. Groningen are known for it.

Napoli and shit like that is another level. Until their fans stop stabbing visitors they should be banned from European football. That goes for any gobshite Italian club whose fans only fight with knives.

Zenit was much worse than Napoli

Matchball and his lads and others might have a different view on that one Nicko. Italian hospital food is not recommended by them. All about where you were at the right/wrong time in both cities. Both Zenit and Naples had their organised cowardly twats out in numbers.

Couldn't agree more Andy. To say one was much worse than the other just isn't true, they were both full of horrible gutless c*nts. Cowardly being a very good description!

I know its hard to know before the draw has been made but what are my chances of getting on the ladder for a euro away this season? I managed to pick up Beşiktaş  (a) so i have 1 credit from last season.

The only tickets I think would be difficult are Dortmund, Schalke or ajax. The rest will be a piece of piss, especially with 1 credit already

Any small ground in Holland, France or Belgium could be difficult. Bruges for example. Although they will beat Man U and go to CL group stage anyway 😉

Any chance for zero credits no?

Napoli and Marseille would be nice trips too. Would love to go to a euro away. Circumstances will hopefully allow me to do that this year.

Someone can correct me if i'm wrong, but I think last time in the EL all of our aways went down to 0 credits? 99% sure anyway.

Napoli would be very easy for a ticket, I imagine most will be giving it a swerve after all the chaos last time. Marseille i've heard is a bit moody too.

Even if you can't get yourself a ticket, there's always a ton of spares for European aways from credit hunters. Even outside the Bernebau last year there were lots of spares doing the rounds

I am well aware of that trouble. But surely you could keep away from the obvious areas the mugs would try and start trouble if you wanted to. But maybe somewhere else would be safer!  :P

Both last season and when we were in the Europa 3 years ago I got tickets with various fancards on zero creds so you should be fine.

People will get on the ladder if they want to, but don't expect to get full credits. A small allocation localish away will sell out quickly.

You'll love it Steve, I'll be there as well mate.
Quote from: Harvest Fields
i watched the chelsea game at my sisters. her 12 year old son is severly autistic and i forgot myself and jumped up screaming at the goal and he went nuts. screaming and shouting. scared the fuck out of me. apologised to my sister as i thought id upset him, turns out he was joining in.
