They probably support both teams. It's not like Guangdong are ever going to be competing against Liverpool in a serious game, so there's no reason not to cheer both teams in a friendly.

Very pleased that Kenny has given him a chance, because he hasn't looked overrawed at any point.
And though there are obvious elements of his game that need honing, he is a very talented player.

Superb half. Absolutely loved that one-two with Pacheco and Spearing, he was so unlucky to shoot wide. It should be 3-1 to be fair, we had that offside that shouldn't have been, but on the whole a brilliant performance.

Everybody's looking steady out there. Flanno has been brilliant. Shelvey has been a bit too "Hollywood" so far but I still think he is going to be a good player. Cole has been part of all our best moves to be fair. Looking forward to seeing the other players in the second half.

i know there's obviously a gap in quality but it's important to know Guang Dong also aren't playing at 100%, as of course it's only a friendly and it's also in the middle of their domestic league season, if i heard the match commentator on my stream right. wouldn't wanna risk over applying themselves.
