86' - Costa receives a pinpoint pass from Fabregas and works the ball across the box. He's squeezed out to the right and Simon grabs the ball on the floor.

Origi on for Lallana.

Second half we were somewhere back to December form which was nice. Still lacking cutting edge but some promising signs. Midfield looked better, and great to have Mane back. Got lucky with the other results tonight in the race for fourth (because that's all we are in for now).

Don't let the door hit you on your way out, January.

Much improved second half but will take that as we're a bit fortunate not to lose. A few players are just not at the races atm. Coutinho is still off the pace, Milner looks jaded and Lovren had a bit of a shocker today.

Chelsea are experts at "buying a foul" aren't they? c*nts

Linesmen and referees continue to be useless.

Next season we need a 20+ goal striker. Firmino chips in. Coutinho chips in. But none of them are prolific or reliable in front of goal.

Still don't see what Can brings to this team.

An okay point. Let's crack on

Thought we just settled for the draw once we scored, Chelsea looked more likely to score after that.

So predictable in everything we do right now.

Great point. It's losing to the shite in the league, as usual, which makes winning the title hard. Well done Mignolet. Ref was shite. It's so easy for opposition teams to get penalties.

Firmino consistently missing the best chances we create is a concern.

I'll certainly take a draw, although I think we were the only team who would have deserved all three points if a team were to take them - a draw is fair, though. I loved Mignolet saving from the Elephant Man, and I think we're climbing out of our bad run of form now.

A decent result that keeps us firmly in the hunt for a Champions League place but one that probably sees our title hopes fade away.

We really need to sign a striker in the summer. The best ones, the ones who win you the league, can score goals from nothing. Ours seem to miss more than anything else. Beyond that, it was a stupid goal to concede but it was nice to see the players work hard to get back into it and a draw against the potential champions ain't too bad considering the form we're in.

Partly pleased that we had our fight back again, partly frustrated that two glorious chances went begging and I felt that we wasted the last 10 minutes with poor passing and naive diving into challenges.
