Easy for those who've never been to Elland Road in its pomp to get dewy eyed about this lot, but they're a horrible bunch of c*nts

Undoubtedly c*nts..but to be fair they deserve sartorial credit for being footy style icons...

We all hate Leeds and Leeds and Leeds, Leeds and Leeds and Leeds and Leeds. We all fuckin hate Leeds...

*twirls old silk wrist scarf*  ;D

I remember our battles with Dirty Leeds from the early 70s onwards. I did have a soft spot for them in a way because they were great rivals but also shared a mutual loathing of Man Utd. That went out of the window when we played each other of course. I remember hundreds of us waiting for them down that little passageway into the park. Loads on the roof of that little substation baying for blood. Must have scared the crap out of them because we scared me. Plenty of Leeds scarves being burnt on the Spion Kop before kick off. We all hate Leeds being sung to the dambusters tune.

Those were the days my friend...

Haha. I'm going to have to dig out my old copies of The End with all the drawings of the Leeds hooligan crew - middle aged grocks with feather haircuts, in sheepskin jackets and fingerless gloves.  ;D

Yep and back in the day it was second only to the derby; always a far bigger match than any v the mancs.

Tremendous draw. Kicks off just before our busy December schedule, so it'll be another good opportunity to rotate and give the younger players a run out.

Getting to the semi-final would pack out what is already a pretty busy January schedule though. We've got two relatively straightforward games against Sunderland and Swansea flanking United away and Chelsea home. If we got United again in the league cup, it would be three United games in the first month of the year.

The ULTIMATE draw. Couldn't have been better.

Liverpool v Leeds United

Manchester United v West Ham

Hull City v Newcastle United

Arsenal v Southampton

Semi dream scenario:

Arsenal v Man United (bitter and dirty two games with extra time with shitcoat and wenger pushing each other on the sidelines - United win on penalties)
Newcastle v Liverpool (two great games including welcoming Rafa back to Anfield again - we win it by a couple)

Final:

Liverpool v Man United - we tear them apart and absolutely humiliate them

 :wave

Finnan always seemed to be a private and quiet lad, not surprised he isn't anywhere on tv. He retired in 2010

Anyway, had a feeling we would get the leeds lot, missed playing the bastards, hope we go through and avoid the Mancs at all costs.

I think when they were celebrating the 10th anniversary of 25/05/05, the only player they couldn't find was him. Have gone completely under the radar if i recall correctly.

Man u in the semis for a repeat of the europa tie would be nice

No thanks, I rather play those c*nts as little as possible. The build up/media hype surrounding those games would be off the scale. The league game just gone was bad enough. Shitcoat will turn those games into a right shitfest as well.

Beating them is more fun than beating anyone else remaining in this draw.

Leeds should be a good night. Give them a chance to reminisce about their ''glory'' days of yore.

It is always good when we beat Man Utd. Most enjoyable indeed. I agree. I just can't be arsed facing a team managed by shitcoat though. Can't be arsed with all the hype that will surround those games. Can't be arsed with the tactics he'll have his team using and the inevitable borefest, shit-on-a-stick football we'll have to endure. And I can't be arsed with the media lapping up every word the boring c*nt says.

Good draw that's gives us a good opportunity to progress while seeing the likes of A-A, Ejaria, Grujic, Stewart and Origi play more games while resting the first team players.

Nowadays to the tune of Tom Hark it's, we all hate Leeds scum, we all hate Leeds scum.

I'm too young to remember them in there pomp, but i recall a game at there place think 91, which we won 5-4 after being 4-0 up at half time, then they beat the Mancs to the title the year later or may have been the same season, which we won them the title by beating the Mancs.

Got a feeling we're going to meet the Mancs in the final.

Lived in Leeds for a while and watched a couple of Liverpool games 'undercover' in their end. This was one of them and it was still 4-0 with 20 minutes to go. Then all hell broke loose! Could've been 5-5, they had a goal disallowed for whatever reason.
