Happy with that, only fair that members and FCH can purchase at the same time as STH.

I assume the sale for STH, Members and FCH with Leeds and Spurs are guaranteed? Doesn't say either way.

Given it says "The following sale will then take place subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. No guarantee can be given that tickets will be available to all who apply:" you would think so....

Check out the FA Cup thread to read about someone who took the same stupid risk, which totally back-fired.

Take the chance if you want to, but its just asking for trouble. As is relying on anything that someone in the ticket office might tell you on the phone, when no guarantee has been given in the ticket details. And especially as far more tickets will 'disappear' for this one, than for Plymouth in the third round!

No way would I be putting a potential final ticket in jeopardy, just because I want to sit next to somebody for one particular game. If that was the case, why not sort that at the start of the season?

When you put it like that mate, that's true. Thanks for the heads up lad. Be surprised though if members who went to both Leeds and Spurs can't get a ticket

For info, and a bit of a warning:

Southampton have taken roughly the same amount of tickets as Leeds did. Spurs took less.

So in theory, everyone who has both games should get one.

However, as I've alluded to above, tickets for semi final second legs have a much higher demand, and no doubt far more sponsors, corporates, ex-players, and 'celebrity' Reds will be looking for tickets for this one, when they weren't necessarily looking in the fourth round. And LFC being LFC, will no doubt prioritise some of those demands above those of the people who actually bothered going to the earlier rounds. So I wouldn't be taking anything for granted.

And I'm having my dad transfer in £80 to my account the day before the 2nd. Not taking any chances that anything bounces this time!

League cup semi has went to general sale the past two seasons hasn't it? Might be different now like seeing as Plymouth sold out pretty quickly.

Early days but they might have cocked up with the away allocation,  Southampton have blocks 124 to 129 and have only sold around 1000 of 4500 tickets so far.  Southampton also struggling to sell out the home leg.

Normally we tell visiting teams to sell in a certain order. That way tickets can be returned by the visiting club if not needed. They should sell at least 125-129 which is all turnstile M. I guess that's why they have that side and not the usual away end. If we started them with the usual away end and they got as far as block 125 it couldn't be seggregated. This way they can be kept to turnstile M and return any others. Although if we hammer them none of them will come, understandably. A decent result for them in first leg and I would expect a bit more interest.

Southampton have been given all of lower annie road, but as Tiger Tony said, only selling the usual allocation anyway as Stoke didn't take all of the lower last year and we had 121-123 I think ?

Not surprising that Southampton are struggling to sell out after their recent form especially when you factor in the 6-1 last season.

No, you're not 100% guaranteed although the vast majority will get sorted.

also with it being the 2nd legeneration at anfield I'd imagine depending on how close the first leg is might result in a sudden the increased demand from their fans

Still a bit angry at the time of sale, home games NEVER go on sale at this time. I'm gonna struggle getting on to any device at 1pm!

Should've done the ACS would've saved me the bother. Gonna be a headache  :butt
