The Feyenoord babes, including three players you apparently don’t know too much about ;D Woodburn, Gagli, Sterling.
:D if Woodburn played for Spurs, he'd know all about him....... ;D

You told me you didn’t know enough about any of my PSV players to trade for them. All three of those guys are at PSV.

I know enough about Woodburn, not the other 2 really . Although I have researched Gagli. When was this?

Well with young teams, most players are all pretty much nailed on for a rise which means higher wages eventually so all the planning will go to pot eventually.

Just about scraped past Totino to 100% keep Depor in the top flight. Tough old season with Rabiot's injury the big killer to our season as it stopped us playing our preferred formation with so few bodies available in midfield. Might be time for a bit of a shake up in the off season.

A win to go top of the league.

But Ronaldo sent off & will miss the last game.

Winner takes all title decider in the final match. Great stuff!

Big day in Div. 2 tomorrow! Parma & Penarol have already secured promotion and will battle it out for the Div. 2 title, while 3 teams enter the Russian roulette for the final 2 promotion spots.

Dresden enter the final round of fixtures knowing that a win against unmanaged Red Star will be enough to take us to the promised land, after taking a huge point off league leaders Parma on Sunday. Old man Totti did us proud after being drafted into the starting lineup as we switched to a 4231. Ousmane ‘The Answer’ Dembele with the crucial goal in a 1-1 draw that leaves us in 4th place, a point ahead of Forest, who also face an unmanaged team on the final day. Also in the mix are Independiente, currently a point ahead of Dresden in 3rd, who may well end up needing a result against Parma in order to clinch promotion.

Almost feels like a real-life Championship play-off final, the £100m game! The prize money is much lower here of course, but there’s still a big difference between making it to Div. 1 and the cash that comes with it, and dropping back down into Div. 3 and the measly 2.5m we received at the end of last season. Lead us to the promised land, Leo!

Glad Dukla are finally out of Div3, soon to be a boneyard of unmanageds. The fetid pit where dreams become nightmares, hopes are catheterised and exuberance is stamped over like dying rats.

Good luck chaps!

Well done Leeds.

Thanks RK.

I might have the trophy, but given the rating of my team compared to yours, I think you showed that you're a much better manager.

I need to build a younger team now. Can't keep this old team as the wages are too high.

But when I did the draft my plan was to do well at the beginning, as I thought it was my best chance of success. I've done that, just.

But now I understand the game more I think I'll have to sell a fair few of my old guard!

Foggia are my surprise for the season. I thought they'd be fighting for the title with that squad!

Thanks KK

I think our run was more luck than anything else, I certainly didn't expect to be challenging until this group of players got their rises, this is a long term project....the Bale for cash sale demonstrates this.

I'll be working hard in the off season now, we need a young(U24) CM or CF player 89+. A deal for Raheam Sterling has already been agreed but we're looking for those other 2 players, if anyone wants to trade then get in touch.

I'd let you have Carrasco. He should really be picking up a forward position, played there enough. Considering they gave Felipe Anderson a rb position after playing on the right of a 3-5-2....
Don't think you'd part with young players for him though

Congrats to the league winners & those who were promoted 8)

At times I’ve been tempted to cash in on Messi, take the 100m or so from the sale and go on the mother of all spending sprees. Think of all those shiny new players! But last night proved how crazy it would be to sell him…a glorious hat trick from the Greatest of All Time leads us to the Promised Land of Div. 1! Not really sure how he’s dragged this bunch of kids so far, I didn’t really expect to make it out of Div. 3 last season, never mind repeating the trick in Div. 2. Dresden salutes you, King Leo!

Got some tough decisions to make over the off season now. The competition in Div. 1 next season’s gonna be intense, perhaps a step too far for the real, real babes  ;) Do we add some high rated players in the hope we stay up, or do we continue with the youth project without worrying too much about our league position? Tricky, but either way the Div. 1 prize money will be lovely!

Sleeping Giants season 2: The awards!

A season in which many teams found themselves in financial dire straits. Carefully drafted teams were torn asunder, families were ripped apart as players crossed continents at the behest of belt tightening sugar daddies, and high earners were discarded as football underwent a devolution back to the days when players earned '3 bits bed and board' per appearance. Managers who had drafted prudently, looked on with a sense of satisfaction.

With that in mind it's time to dust off Elton Welsby and roll out the red lino!

Division 1 Champions.... Leeds Utd
Runners up.... Feyenoord

Division 2 Champions.... Parma
Runners up.... Penarol

Division 3 Champions.... Rangers
Runners up.... Kaiserslautern

FA Cup Winners.... Valencia
Runners up.... Brondby

Charity Shield Winners.... Deportivo la Coruna
Runners up.... Rangers

The Non 99 rated Player of the Season Award.... Julian 'Nostalgia' Draxler (Parma) 8 goals, 11 assists

Manager of the Season: Zenden the Clowns for his back to back league titles with Parma. Honourable mentions to Klippity for winning Division 1, and Liam for back to back trophies with Rangers (Div 3 this season/Cup last)

Congrats chaps. Next season starts.... when it starts!

Plans have already started for the new season.  Already made one transfer deal, looking to do more.

If people want some older players who can boost your team in the short term, Zlatan, Ronaldo etc could be tempted away from Leeds for the right deal.
