Huddersfield have a bright future. Even when they lost last week, their fans still are happy with the way they played and are massive fans of Wagner.

Came here to ask the very same. What with other players loaned out seemingly having stipulations that they have to have game time, he hasnt made one appearance for Burnly.

Warming the bench still.

Has he defiantly been on the bench?

2nd best defense in the league and top of the table a quarter of the way through the season, not half bad!

I don't think David Wagner will be staying long at HT.

Colleague of mine who has a season ticket there reckons he goes from the sublime to the ridiculous. A mixture of top saves and absolute howlers. As long as he's learning his trade on someone else's pitch, that'll do for me.

Does your mate reckon he'll be a Liverpool quality goalie? He's still very young for a goalkeeper isn't he?

Thinking long term, if Mignolet stays on the bench for the remainder of the season - which I think is what's gonna happen given Jurgen's early vote of confidence in Karius - I don't think he will fancy being here past the summer.

He's a decent keeper who's improved a fair bit in the last few months, and as there's no many of those around in European football at the moment so he's bound to get a decent offer and a starting spot somewhere.

Would Ward then be brought back to the squad if Mignolet departs?

Interesting! Heard he made a mistake for their loss against Brighton a few weeks back (early September), but otherwise has been solid.

I live in Huddersfield nowadays so know a fair few fans and they all say he's been a rock apart from one mistake.

Huddersfield are the only team in the Championship who are yet to concede more than one goal in a league game this season.

A pretty good stat for Danny Ward! Hopefully this isn't jinxing him for tomorrow

Just had a quick look at how Ryan Kent has been doing at Barnsley. Seems he has been getting good reviews and ratings. Looking like a good move for him at the moment. I have only looked on pretty unreliable stat sites etc to be fair, but i think he got man of the match at the weekend so looks positive.

Some signs of discontent from some fans on the Huddersfield Town's forum about Danny Ward. The complaints seem to be that he stays stuck on his goal line too much, won't come out to claim and isn't dominant.
